✅ پاسخ : به روایات زیر توجه فرمایید :



1⃣عن عبداللَّه بْنِ سِنَانٍ عن أَبي عبداللَّه قال: كانَ صَدَاقُ النِّسَاءِ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ أُوقِيَّةً و نَشّاً قِيمَتُهَا مِنَ الْوَرِقِ خَمْسُمِائَةِ دِرْهَم

📚تهذيب ج۷ص۳۵۶

امام صادق صلوات اللَّه علیه فرمود : مهریه زنان در زمان رسول اللّه صلی اللّه علیه و آله 12/5 اوقيه بود که قیمت آن به نقره #پانصد_درهم می شود!


2⃣ امام جواد صلوات اللَّه علیه در خطبه ازدواج اُم فضل فرمود :

ثُمَّ إِنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُوسَى يَخْطُبُ أُمَّ الْفَضْلِ بِنْتَ عَبْداللَّهِ الْمَأْمُونِ و قَدْ بَذَلَ لَهَا مِنَ الصَّدَاقِ مَهْرَ جَدَّتِهِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ مُحَمَّدٍ و هُوَ خَمْسُمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ جِيَادًا فَهَلْ زَوَّجْتَهُ يا أَمِيرالْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِهَا عَلَى هَذَا الصَّدَاق؟

ترجمه : سپس همانا محمد بن علی بن موسی (صلوات اللَّه علیه)، اُم فضل دختر عبدالله مأمون را خواستگاری می کند و برای مهر، مهریه جده اش فاطمه دختر محمد (صلی الله علیه و آله) را که 500 درهم نیکوی نقره می باشد به او بخشیده است، پس ای امیرالمؤمنین (یعنی مأمون)، آیا با این مهریه (دخترت) را به او تزویج می کنی؟

پس مأمون گفت :

نَعَمْ قَدْ زَوَّجْتُكَ يا أَبا جَعْفَرٍ أُمَّ الْفَضْلِ ابْنَتِي عَلَى الصَّدَاقِ الْمَذْكُورِ فَهَلْ قَبِلْتَ النِّكَاح

ترجمه : بله، محققا که دخترم اُم فضل را با مهریه مذکور به ازدواج تو ای اباجعفر درآوردم، پس آیا شما نکاح را قبول نمودید؟
پس امام جواد صلوات اللَّه علیه فرمود :

قَدْ قَبِلْتُ ذَلِكَ و رَضِيتُ بِهِ

يعني : آن را قبول کردم و به آن راضی ‌شدم!

3⃣ حسین بن خالد گوید : از امام ابوالحسن صلوات اللَّه علیه در مورد مهرالسنه سوال کردم که چگونه 500 درهم شده است؟ امام فرمود : همانا اللَّهِ تبارک و تعالی بر خودش واجب نموده است که هیچ مؤمنی صد بار اللّهُ أَکْبَر و صد بار سُبْحَانَ اللَّه و صد بار أَلْحَمْدُلِلَّه و صد بار لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّه نگوید و سپس صد بار بر محمد و آل محمد صلوات بفرستد و سپس بگوید :

اللَّهُمَّ زَوِّجْنِی مِنَ الْحُورِ الْعِین

مگر اینکه یک حورالعین به او تزویج نماید و اين اذکار را مهریه او قرار دهد!
سپس‌ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ به پیامبرش وحی فرستاد که مهریه زنان مؤمنه 500 درهم سنت گذاشته شود و رسول اللَّه صلی اللَّه علیه و آله این کار را انجام داد.

✅ با توجه به روایات فوق و غیره، #مهر_السنه يا همان مهریه حضرت زهرا صلوات اللَّه عليها، معادل 500 درهم نقره می باشد.


✅برای محاسبه مهریه زنانی که صداق آنها #مهر_السنه قرار داده شده است، لازم است وزن روائی درهم را محاسبه نموده و آن را در 500 ضرب کنیم و عین آن یا معادل قیمت روز آن را به پول رایج یا غیر آن پرداخت نمائيم.


✅ با توجه به مطالبی که در سوال 796 به لینک :

بیان گردید، هر درهم معادل 2/952 گرم می باشد که در نتیجه #مهرالسنه حدود 1476 گرم نقره (یعنی #حدود یک کیلو و نیم نقره) می شود که می توان عین آن یا معادل قیمت روز آن را به زوجه پرداخت نمود.


✅ نکته اول : با توجه به اختلافی که در محاسبه وزن درهم وجود دارد و اینکه امروزه سکه نقره مرسوم نمی باشد، ضرورت دارد که مبادله این مبلغ بین زن و شوهر به صورت #مصالحه انجام پذیرد، زیرا تا قبل از ظهور مولایمان امام زمان صلوات اللَّه علیه، محاسبه دقیق وزن درهم، محال یا خیلی مشکل است.


✅ نکته دوم : در قوانین امروزی، گاهی برای محاسبه مهرالسنه، معادل دینار طلای آن در زمان رسول اللّه صلی اللّه علیه و آله را در نظر می گیرند که با توجه به اینکه امروزه اختلاف قیمت طلا و نقره بسیار بیشتر از آن زمان است، مبلغ مهریه خیلی بیشتر از قیمت 500 درهم نقره می شود، در حالیکه مهرالسنه بر حسب نقره است و ربطی به معادل طلای آن در آن زمان ندارد.

البته‌ بر حسب قوانین امروزی، نحوه نوشتن آن در نوع محاسبه تأثیر دارد و لذا هر کدام که مدّ نظر زوج است باید برای زوجه تبیین و روشن گردد تا مبلغ مهریه کاملا معین باشد، هر چند اگر از 500 درهم نقره فراتر باشد، دیگر نام آن را نمی توان مهرالسنه گذاشت!


✅ امروز 16 شوال سال 1445 قمری (1403/2/6 شمسی)، قیمت هر گرم نقره خام، 56310 تومان است که با این قیمت، مهرالسنه معادل حدود 83,113,560 تومان (هشتاد و سه میلیون و صد و سیزده هزار و پانصد و شصت تومان) می شود!
البته محاسبه بر حسب قیمت روز پرداخت باید انجام شود.
