Question 1947: Can a person in the state of Ihram use a toothbrush and toothpick?

Question 1904: If a woman reaches the miqat (pilgrimage station) while menstruating, can she enter the state of ihram, or should she enter Mecca without ihram and then return to the miqat to enter ihram after becoming pure?
