Answer
✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:
📚 Al-Khisal, p. 357
Translation: Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) said: 'Seven people do not recite the Qur'an: the one bowing and the one prostrating...'
📚 Qurb al-Isnad, p. 66
Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) used to say: 'There is no recitation (of the Qur'an) in bowing and prostration. Indeed, in those two, there is praise and glorification of Allah, the Almighty and Glorious, and then a request and supplication, so first praise Allah before the request and supplication and then request after that.'
✅ In several narrations, two of which are mentioned, the recitation of the Qur'an in bowing and prostration has been prohibited.
✅ Please pay attention to two exceptions:
📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 2, p. 297
Translation: Ammar asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) about a person who forgets a verse from the Qur'an and remembers it in the state of bowing; is it permissible for him to recite it (in bowing)? He said: 'No, but when he prostrates, he should recite it.'
📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 477
Translation: Muqatil said: 'I said to Imam Reza (peace be upon him): 'May I be sacrificed for you, teach me a prayer for the fulfillment of needs.' The Imam said: 'When you have an important need from God, then perform a ritual bath and wear your cleanest clothes and use a good fragrance and go out under the sky and pray two rak'ahs, in this way: you begin the prayer and recite Surah Al-Fatiha and after it you recite Surah Al-Tawhid 15 times, and then you go into bowing and you recite it 15 times, and you complete it like the Tasbih prayer (i.e., the Ja'far prayer) except that its recitation is 15 times (i.e., after Al-Fatiha and in bowing and after bowing and in prostration and between the two prostrations and after the second prostration, you recite Surah Al-Tawhid 15 times) so when you are finished with the prayer, you recite Surah Al-Tawhid 15 times again and then you go into prostration and you say:
(You mention your need in place of so-and-so) and you persist and insist on the need that you intended.'
✅ So in the above prayer for needs, the recitation of Surah Al-Tawhid in bowing and prostration is mentioned, and also according to narration 3️⃣, if a person forgets a part of his prayer's recitation and remembers it in bowing, it is permitted for him to recite it in prostration, and in other than these exceptional cases, the recitation of the Qur'an in bowing and prostration has been prohibited.
