1⃣قَالَ الصَّادِقُ علیه السلام إِذَا أَتَی أَحَدُکُمْ أَهْلَهُ فَلْیَذْکُرِ اللَّهَ فَإِنَّ مَنْ لَمْ یَذْکُرِ اللَّهَ عِنْدَ الْجِمَاعِ وَ کَانَ مِنْهُ وَلَدٌ کَانَ ذَلِکَ شِرْکَ شَیْطَانٍ وَ یُعْرَفُ ذَلِکَ بِحُبِّنَا وَ بُغْضِنَا

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: When one of you approaches his wife, he should say a divine remembrance, because if a person does not say the divine remembrance at the time of intercourse and a child is born, Satan shares in it, and this is known through our friendship and enmity!

2⃣عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْداللَّهِ فِی النُّطْفَتَیْنِ اللَّتَیْنِ لِلْآدَمِیِّ و الشَّیْطَانِ إِذَا اشْتَرَکَا فَقَالَ أَبُوعَبْداللَّهِ رُبَّمَا خُلِقَ مِنْ أَحَدِهِمَا وَ رُبَّمَا خُلِقَ مِنْهُمَا جَمِیعاً.

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said about the two sperm, in which both humans and Satan share: Sometimes one of the two sperm leads to creation, and sometimes both contribute to creation!

3⃣عن سَیْفِ بْنِ عَمِیرَةَ قال قال الصَّادِقُ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ علیهماالسّلام مَنْ لَمْ یُبَالِ مَا قَالَ و مَا قِیلَ فِیهِ فَهُوَ شِرْکُ شَیْطَانٍ وَ مَنْ لَمْ یُبَالِ أَنْ یَرَاهُ النَّاسُ مُسِیئاً فَهُوَ شِرْکُ شَیْطَانٍ وَ مَنِ اغْتَابَ أَخَاهُ الْمُؤْمِنَ مِنْ غَیْرِ تِرَةٍ بَیْنَهُمَا فَهُوَ شِرْکُ شَیْطَانٍ وَ مَنْ شَعِفَ بِمَحَبَّةِ الْحَرَامِ وَ شَهْوَةِ الزِّنَا فَهُوَ شِرْکُ شَيْطانٍ...

📚 Khesal, p. 216

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Whoever is indifferent to what is said about him and what others say about him, this is from Satan's partnership in the sperm! And whoever is indifferent to being seen in sin by others is from Satan's partnership! And whoever backbites his believing brother without any hatred or enmity, this too is from Satan's partnership in the sperm! And whoever has an intense love and restlessness for unlawful desires and adultery, this is also from Satan's partnership in the sperm!

4⃣عَنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ قَالَ قال أَبُوعَبْداللَّه علیه السلام: إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّوَجَلَّ خَلَقَ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ مِنْ نُورِ عَظَمَتِهِ و جَلَالِ کِبْرِیَائِهِ فَمَنْ طَعَنَ عَلَیْهِمْ أَوْ رَدَّ عَلَیْهِمْ قَوْلَهُمْ فَقَدْ رَدَّ عَلَی اللَّهِ فِی عَرْشِهِ وَ لَیْسَ مِنَ اللَّهِ فِی شَیْءٍ إِنَّمَا هُوَ شِرْکُ شَیْطَان

📚 Thawāb al-A’māl, p. 214

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Indeed, Allah created the believers from the light of His greatness and majesty! So anyone who mocks them or rejects their words has certainly rejected Allah in His throne and has no standing with Allah. This (sign) is the partnership of Satan in the sperm!

5⃣عن أَبِی بَصِیرٍ عن أَبِی عَبْداللَّهِ قال: إِنَّ مِنْ عَلَامَاتِ شِرْکِ الشَّیْطَانِ الَّذِی لَا یُشَکُّ فِیهِ أَنْ یَکُونَ فَحَّاشاً لَا یُبَالِی ما قَالَ و لَا مَا قِیلَ فِیهِ

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 2, p. 323

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: One of the undeniable signs of Satan's partnership in the sperm is that the individual is foul-mouthed, unconcerned about what he says or what is said about him!

6⃣عَنِ الحلبی قال: قال أَبُوعَبْداللَّه فی الرَّجُلِ إِذَا أَتَی أَهْلَهُ و خَشِیَ أَنْ یُشَارِکَهُ الشَّیْطَانُ قَالَ یَقُولُ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَ یَتَعَوَّذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّیْطان

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 5, p. 502

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said about a man who approaches his wife and fears that Satan may share in the act: He should say 'Bismillah' and 'A’udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ar-rajim'!

✅ Based on the above narrations and others, if a man does not say 'Bismillah' or the prescribed prayers during intercourse, Satan will partake in his actions and share in the sperm! If a child is born, sometimes it is solely from the man’s sperm, sometimes solely from Satan’s, and sometimes both share in it!

✅ For someone in whom Satan has partnered in the sperm, signs like foul language, animosity towards the Ahl al-Bayt, and others as mentioned in the above narrations are observable.

✅ From these narrations, we must understand the great importance of saying 'Bismillah', seeking refuge (istiaadhah), and reciting the prescribed prayers during intercourse.

✅ Unfortunately, for various reasons, including distancing people from the narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), many are unaware of or neglect the importance of saying 'Bismillah' and reciting prayers during intercourse, and some of the negative consequences of this can be seen in society!
