Answer

✅ Answer: Refer to the following narrations:

📚 Al-Kafi, vol. 6, p. 29

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: The 'Aqiqah is on the seventh day, and a leg with a thigh is given to the midwife, and the bone should not be broken!

📚 Al-Faqih, vol. 3, p. 486

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) was asked about the 'Aqiqah, whether its bones should be broken when it is slaughtered. He replied: Yes, its bones are broken, and its meat is cut into pieces, and after slaughtering, you can do whatever you want with it!

📚 Al-Kafi, vol. 1, p. 70

Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said: There is no speech and belief without action, no speech and action without intention, and no speech, action, and intention except by reaching from the Sunnah!

✅ The narrations regarding the 'Aqiqah's bones suggest that it is recommended not to break the bones, though breaking them is permissible as seen in narration 2 . The narrations are silent about the intestines, entrails, and other non-edible parts of the 'Aqiqah, and no specific instruction has been issued regarding them.

✅ Therefore, the practice of burying the bones, intestines, and entrails of the 'Aqiqah has no specific instruction or tradition in common Shia narrations, though there is no specific prohibition either.

✅ Someone might bury the bones to keep them from being broken, but this cannot be considered a recommended tradition for the 'Aqiqah.
