Question 1841: What happens if the rights of others (Haq al-Nas) are not fulfilled and not forgiven by the wronged party?
✅ Answer: Pay attention to the following narrations:
📚Al-Kafi, vol. 2, p. 331
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) regarding (verse 14 of Surah Al-Fajr) which states: 'Indeed, your Lord is ever watchful', said: 'Merṣād' is a bridge over the Sirat (path) that no servant can cross if he has unfulfilled rights of others upon him (and he will be held accountable).
📚Al-Kafi, vol. 2, p. 330
Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: There are three types of oppression: oppression that Allah forgives, oppression that Allah does not forgive, and oppression that Allah does not overlook. The oppression that Allah does not forgive is shirk (associating partners with Him), the oppression that He forgives is the oppression of a person against himself in matters between him and Allah, and the oppression that He does not overlook is the debts and rights between people!

Thuwayr ibn Abi Fakhita said: I heard Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) in the mosque of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) narrating from his father, who heard Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) narrate to the people, saying: When the Day of Judgment comes, Allah, the Exalted, will resurrect people from their graves without weapons, without possessions, naked, and without beards on a single plain...
A Qurayshi man asked the Imam: O son of the Messenger of Allah! If a believer has a right over an unbeliever, what does he take from the unbeliever when the latter is destined for the Fire? The Imam replied: The amount the believer is owed will be taken from his sins and placed on the unbeliever, and the unbeliever will be punished for it along with his punishment for disbelief.
The Qurayshi man asked: If the rights are between two Muslims, how is the right taken? The Imam replied: The oppressed will be given from the good deeds of the oppressor equal to his right, adding to his good deeds!
The Qurayshi man asked: What if the oppressor has no good deeds? The Imam replied: If the oppressor has no good deeds, the oppressed has sins. These sins will be taken from the oppressed and added to the sins of the oppressor!
✅ It is recommended to refer to the complete narration in the book 'Rawdat Al-Kafi' from page 104.
✅ It is observed that neglecting the rights of others and oppressing them has severe consequences in the hereafter, so it is necessary to fulfill the rights of others and seek the satisfaction of the wronged party promptly.
✅ Pray more for the hastening of the reappearance:
