✅ الجواب : تَفَقَّهُوا فِی هَذِهِ الأَحَادِیث :

1 عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَی النَّبِیِّ فَقَالَتْ یَا رَسُولَ اللَّه مَا حَقُّ الزَّوْجِ عَلَی الْمَرْأَةِ فَقَالَ أَنْ تُطِیعَهُ وَ لَا تَعْصِیَهُ... إلی أَنْ قَالَ وَ لَا تَمْنَعَهُ نَفْسَهَا وَ إِنْ کَانَتْ عَلَی ظَهْرِ قَتَبٍ

1 From Muhammad ibn Muslim from Abi Ja'far who said: A woman came to the Prophet and said: O Messenger of Allah, what is the right of the husband over the wife? He said: To obey him and not to disobey him... until he said: And she should not deny herself to him even if she is on the back of a camel saddle.

2 عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ جُبَیْرٍ الْعَزْرَمِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِاللَّه قَالَ: جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَی رَسُولِ اللَّهِ فَقَالَتْ یَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا حَقُّ الزَّوْجِ عَلَی الْمَرْأَةِ فَقَالَ أَکْثَرُ مِنْ ذَلِکَ قَالَتْ فَخَبِّرْنِی عَنْ شَیْءٍ مِنْهُ قَالَ لَیْسَ لَهَا أَنْ تَصُومَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ یَعْنِی تَطَوُّعاً وَ لَا تَخْرُجَ مِنْ بَیْتِهَا إلا بإِذْنِهِ وَ عَلَیْهَا أَنْ تَطَیَّبَ بِأَطْیَبِ طِیبِهَا وَ تَلْبَسَ أَحْسَنَ ثِیَابِهَا وَ تَزَیَّنَ بِأَحْسَنِ زِینَتِهَا و تَعْرِضَ نَفْسَهَا عَلَیْهِ غُدْوَةً وَ عَشِیَّةً وَ أَکْثَرُ مِنْ ذَلِکَ حُقُوقُهُ عَلَیْهَا.

3 عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْداللَّه قَالَ: أَتَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَی رَسُولِ اللَّهِ فَقَالَتْ مَا حَقُّ الزَّوْجِ عَلَی الْمَرْأَةِ قَالَ أَنْ تُجِیبَهُ إِلَی حَاجَتِهِ وَ إِنْ کَانَتْ عَلَی قَتَبٍ...

2 From Amr ibn Jubayr al-Azrami from Abi Abdillah who said: A woman came to the Messenger of Allah and said: O Messenger of Allah, what is the right of the husband over the wife? He said: It is more than that. She said: Then inform me about some of it. He said: It is not for her to fast except with his permission, meaning a voluntary fast, and she should not leave her house except with his permission, and she must perfume herself with her best perfume and wear her best clothes and adorn herself with her best adornment and offer herself to him morning and evening, and his rights over her are more than that.

4 عَنْ ضُرَیْسٍ الْکُنَاسِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْداللَّه قَالَ: إِنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لِبَعْضِ الْحَاجَةِ فَقَالَ لَهَا لَعَلَّکِ مِنَ الْمُسَوِّفَاتِ قَالَتْ وَ مَا الْمُسَوِّفَاتُ یَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ الْمَرْأَةُ الَّتِی یَدْعُوهَا زَوْجُهَا لِبَعْضِ الْحَاجَةِ فَلَا تَزَالُ تُسَوِّفُهُ حَتَّی یَنْعُسَ زَوْجُهَا فَیَنَامَ فَتِلْکِ الَّتِی لَا تَزَالُ الْمَلَائِکَةُ تَلْعَنُهَا حَتَّی یَسْتَیْقِظَ زَوْجُهَا.

5 عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ قال: قال رَسُولُ اللَّهِ لِلنِّسَاءِ لَا تُطَوِّلْنَ صَلَاتَکُنَّ لِتَمْنَعْنَ أَزْوَاجَکُنَّ

3 From Abi Basir from Abi Abdillah who said: A woman came to the Messenger of Allah and said: What is the right of the husband over the wife? He said: To answer his need even if she is on a camel saddle...

6 عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْداللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ یَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَ لَا أُخْبِرُکُمْ بِشِرَارِ نِسَائِکُمُ الذَّلِیلَةُ فِی أَهْلِهَا الْعَزِیزَةُ مَعَ بَعْلِهَا الْعَقِیمُ الْحَقُودُ الَّتِی لَا تَتَوَرَّعُ مِنْ قَبِیحٍ الْمُتَبَرِّجَةُ إِذَا غَابَ عَنْهَا بَعْلُهَا الْحَصَانُ مَعَهُ إِذَا حَضَرَ لَا تَسْمَعُ قَوْلَهُ وَ لَا تُطِیعُ أَمْرَهُ وَ إِذَا خَلَا بِهَا بَعْلُهَا تَمَنَّعَتْ مِنْهُ کَمَا تَمَنَّعُ الصَّعْبَةُ عِنْدَ رُکُوبِهَا وَ لَا تَقْبَلُ مِنْهُ عُذْراً وَ لَا تَغْفِرُ لَهُ ذَنْباً.

7 عَنْ عَبْداللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّه شِرَارُ نِسَائِکُمُ الْمُعْقَرَة الدَّنِسَةُ اللَّجُوجَةُ الْعَاصِیَةُ الذَّلِیلَةُ فِی قَوْمِهَا الْعَزِیزَةُ فِی نَفْسِهَا الْحَصَانُ عَلَی زَوْجِهَا الْهَلُوکُ عَلَی غَیْرِهِ.

4 From Durays al-Kunasi from Abi Abdillah who said: Indeed, a woman came to the Messenger of Allah for some need. He said to her: Perhaps you are one of the procrastinators? She said: What are the procrastinators, O Messenger of Allah? He said: The woman whom her husband calls for some need, and she keeps putting him off until her husband becomes drowsy and falls asleep. That is the one whom the angels keep cursing until her husband wakes up.

8 عَنِ الْمُفَضَّل بْنِ عُمَر عن أَبِی عَبْداللَّه فِی رَجُلٍ أَتَی امْرَأَتَهُ و هُوَ صَائِمٌ وَ هِیَ صَائِمَةٌ فَقَالَ إِنْ کَانَ اسْتَکْرَهَهَا فَعَلَیْهِ کَفَّارَتَانِ وَ إِنْ کَانَتْ طَاوَعَتْهُ فَعَلَیْهِ کَفَّارَةٌ و عَلَیْهَا کَفَّارَةٌ و إِنْ کَانَ أَکْرَهَهَا فَعَلَیْهِ ضَرْبُ خَمْسِینَ سَوْطاً نِصْفِ الْحَدِّ وَ إِنْ کَانَتْ طَاوَعَتْهُ ضُرِبَ خَمْسَةً وَ عِشْرِینَ سَوْطاً وَ ضُرِبَتْ خَمْسَةً وَ عِشْرِینَ سَوْطاً.

9 عن الحلبِی قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِی عَبْداللَّه جُعِلْتُ فِدَاکَ إِنِّی لَمَّا قَضَیْتُ نُسُکِی لِلْعُمْرَةِ أَتَیْتُ أَهْلِی وَ لَمْ أُقَصِّرْ قَالَ عَلَیْکَ بَدَنَةٌ قَالَ قُلْتُ: إِنِّی لَمَّا أَرَدْتُ ذَلِکَ مِنْهَا وَ لَمْ تَکُنْ قَصَّرَتْ امْتَنَعَتْ فَلَمَّا غَلَبْتُهَا قَرَضَتْ بَعْضَ شَعْرِهَا بِأَسْنَانِهَا فَقَالَ رَحِمَهَا اللَّهُ کَانَتْ أَفْقَهَ مِنْکَ عَلَیْکَ بَدَنَةٌ وَ لَیْسَ عَلَیْهَا شَیْءٌ.

5 From Abi Basir from Abi Ja'far who said: The Messenger of Allah said to the women: Do not prolong your prayers so as to deny yourselves to your husbands.

✅ It is clear from these narrations and similar ones that it is not permissible for a woman to deny herself to her husband in any situation, nor to delay answering him, nor to prolong her prayer when he calls her for intercourse, unless it is a sin, such as having intercourse in her period, or when she is fasting or in the state of Ihram, and other situations in which intercourse is forbidden for her.
