✅ Answer: Pay attention to the following narrations:

1⃣عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ: رَأَیْتُ أَبَا عَبْداللَّه یَضَعُ یَدَیْهِ قَبْلَ رُکْبَتَیْهِ إِذَا سَجَدَ وَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ یَقُومَ رَفَعَ رُکْبَتَیْهِ قَبْلَ یَدَیْه

📚Tahzib, Vol. 2, p. 78

Mohammad says: I saw Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, when intending to prostrate, he placed both his hands on the ground before his knees, and when he wanted to stand up, he lifted his knees before his hands!

2⃣عن طَلْحَةَ السُّلَمِیِّ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَاعَبْدِاللَّه لِأَیِّ عِلَّةٍ تُوضَعُ الْیَدَانِ عَلَی الْأَرْضِ فِی السُّجُودِ قَبْلَ الرُّکْبَتَیْنِ قَالَ لِأَنَّ الْیَدَیْنِ بِهِمَا مِفْتَاحُ الصَّلَاة

Talha asked Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him: Why do we place our hands on the ground before our knees in prostration? He replied: Because the commencement and key to the prayer are with the hands!

3⃣عن الحسین بن أبی العلاء قال: سألت أباعبدالله عَنِ الرَّجُلِ یَضَعُ یَدَیْهِ قَبْلَ رُکْبَتَیْهِ فِی الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ نَعَم

Hussein bin Abi Ala'a says: I asked Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, about a person if he places his hands on the ground before his knees in prayer. He said: Yes!

4⃣عن زرارة عن أبی جعفر قال: إِذَا قُمْتَ فِی الصَّلَاةِ فَلَا تُلْصِقْ قَدَمَکَ بِالْأُخْرَی.... فَإِذَا أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تَسْجُدَ فَارْفَعْ یَدَیْکَ بِالتَّکْبِیرِ وَ خِرَّ سَاجِداً وَ ابْدَأْ بِیَدَیْکَ فَضَعْهُمَا عَلَی الْأَرْضِ قَبْلَ رُکْبَتَیْکَ...

📚Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 335

Imam Baqir, peace be upon him, said: When you stand in prayer, join your two feet together... and when you want to go into prostration, lift your hands with Takbir and go into prostration with your hands before your knees on the ground...

5⃣عَنْ عَبْدالرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْداللَّه عَنْ أَبِی عَبْداللَّه قَالَ: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ إِذَا رَکَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ أَ یَبْدَأُ فَیَضَعُ یَدَیْهِ عَلَی الْأَرْضِ أَمْ رُکْبَتَیْهِ قَالَ لَا یَضُرُّهُ بِأَیِّ ذَلِکَ بَدَأَ هُوَ مَقْبُولٌ مِنْهُ

📚Tahzib, Vol. 2, p. 300

Abdul Rahman says: I asked Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him: When someone performs the bowing and then raises his head from the bowing, should he place both his hands on the ground first or his knees? The Imam said: It doesn't matter which one he starts with; there is no harm for him! It is accepted from him!

6⃣عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْداللَّه قَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ إِذَا صَلَّی الرَّجُلُ أَنْ یَضَعَ رُکْبَتَیْهِ عَلَی الْأَرْضِ قَبْلَ یَدَیْهِ

📚Tahzib, Vol. 2, p. 78

Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: It's not a problem if a person, while praying, places his knees on the ground before his hands!

7⃣عن علی بن جعفر عن أخیه موسی بن جعفر قال: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْقِیَامِ مِنَ التَّشَهُّدِ مِنَ الرَّکْعَتَیْنِ الْأَوَّلَتَیْنِ وَالْأَخِیرَتَیْنِ کَیْفَ یَضَعُ رُکْبَتَیْهِ وَ یَدَیْهِ عَلَی الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ یَنْهَضُ أَوْ کَیْفَ یَصْنَعُ قَالَ مَا شَاءَ وَضَعَ و لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ

📚Qurb al-Isnad, p. 92

Ali bin Jafar says: I asked Imam Kazim, peace be upon him, about rising from the first and second Tashahhud, how one should place his knees and hands on the ground and rise. The Imam said: He can do it however he wants; there is no problem!

8⃣ عن زرارة قال: إِذا قَامَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ فِی الصَّلَاةِ جَمَعَتْ بَیْنَ قَدَمَیْهَا و لَا تُفَرِّجُ بَیْنَهُمَا...و إِذَا سَقَطَتْ لِلسُّجُودِ بَدَأَتْ بِالْقُعُودِ وَ بِالرُّکْبَتَیْنِ قَبْلَ الْیَدَیْنِ ثُمَّ تَسْجُدُ لَاطِئَةً بِالْأَرْضِ

📚Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 335

Zurara says: Imam Baqir, peace be upon him, said: When a woman stands for prayer, she should gather her two feet and not leave a gap between them... and when she comes down for prostration, first, she should sit and place her knees on the ground before her hands and then prostrate with her hands attached to the ground...

✅ According to the above narrations and others, it is recommended that men, when going into prostration, first place their hands on the ground and then lift their knees when rising. And when rising, lift the knees first and then the hands.

✅ However, according to narration 8⃣, women are advised to first place their knees on the ground, sit, and then place their hands on the ground before going into prostration.

✅ Of course, in hadiths 5⃣, 6⃣, and 7⃣, permission to neglect these etiquettes has also been granted.

Do not underestimate...

Do not be indifferent...

Let us pray more and more...

Praying for the hastening of the reappearance is a request from our Master Imam Mahdi, peace be upon him...

Enough with the shortcomings...

The burden of negligence is heavy, which none of us can bear...

What are we waiting for? When will we wake up?

Pray... Humbly pray... Organize prayer sessions... Intensely increase both in quantity and quality in praying for the hastening of the reappearance...
