1⃣عَنْ عِدَّةٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِیسَی عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ سَعِیدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ عُلْوَانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ زَیْدِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ عَنْ آبَائِهِ قَالَ: لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ الْخَمْرَ وَ عَاصِرَهَا وَ مُعْتَصِرَهَا وَ بَائِعَهَا وَ مُشْتَرِیَهَا وَ سَاقِیَهَا وَ آکِلَ ثَمَنِهَا وَ شَارِبَهَا وَ حَامِلَهَا وَ الْمَحْمُولَةَ إِلَیْهِ.

Zayd, the son of Imam Sajad (AS), narrated from his ancestors that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) cursed the following people: the one who grows the vine for the purpose of wine, its guardian, its presser, its seller, its buyer, its server, the one who drinks its price, the drinker of the wine, and the one who carries it or has it carried to him!

2⃣عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فِی الْخَمْرِ عَشَرَةً غَارِسَهَا وَ حَارِسَهَا وَ عَاصِرَهَا وَ شَارِبَهَا وَ سَاقِیَهَا وَ حَامِلَهَا وَ الْمَحْمُولَةَ إِلَیْهِ وَ بَائِعَهَا وَ مُشْتَرِیَهَا وَ آکِلَ ثَمَنِهَا.

📚 Al-Kafi, vol. 6, p. 429

Imam Baqir (AS) said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) cursed ten people in relation to wine: the one who grows the vine (for wine), its guardian, its presser, its drinker, its server, the one who carries it, the one it is carried to, its seller, its buyer, and the one who eats its price!

3⃣عَنِ النَّبِیِّ فِی حَدِیثٍ قَالَ: وَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِی الدُّنْیَا سَقَاهُ اللَّهُ مِنْ سَمِّ الْأَفاعی وَ مِنْ سَمِّ الْعَقَارِبِ شَرْبَةً یَتَسَاقَطُ لَحْمُ وَجْهِهِ فِی الْإِنَاءِ قَبْلَ أَنْ یَشْرَبَهَا......وَ بَائِعُهَا وَ مُبْتَاعُهَا وَ حَامِلُهَا وَ الْمَحْمُولَةُ إِلَیْهِ وَ آکِلُ ثَمَنِهَا سَوَاءٌ فِی عَارِهَا وَ إِثْمِهَا...

📚 Uqad al-A'mal, p. 336

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said in a hadith: 'Whoever drinks intoxicating drink in this world, Allah will make him drink a potion from the venom of snakes and scorpions, so that before he drinks it, the flesh of his face will fall into the container... and the seller, buyer, carrier, and the one it is carried to, as well as the one who eats its price, will all be equal in disgrace and sin!'

✅ Based on the above narrations and others, in relation to intoxicating drinks (i.e., alcohol), ten people are cursed, including those who carry and transport the alcohol, the seller, the buyer, the carrier, the one it is carried to, and the one who consumes its price, all of whom are equal in disgrace and sin.

Therefore, it is not permissible for a delivery person at a restaurant or similar establishment to carry intoxicating wine along with lawful food, and such an action has no justification.
