✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:

📚Uyun Akhbar al-Ridha, Vol. 2, p. 182

Raja' ibn Abi Dhahak, who accompanied Imam Ridha (peace be upon him) from Medina to Marv, narrated in a hadith that Imam Ridha (peace be upon him) would say the glorifications in the second two rak'ahs; he would say three times:

And then he would go into bowing.

📚Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 319

Zurarah said: 'I said to Imam Baqir (peace be upon him): 'What amount of words and remembrance is sufficient in the third and fourth rak'ahs of prayer?' The Imam said: 'It is sufficient for you to say:

And then you say the takbir (for bowing) and go into bowing.

📚Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, p. 351

Ishaq ibn Ammar said: 'Imam Kadhim (peace be upon him) said to me: 'If you doubt, base your decision on certainty.' I said: 'Is this a principle?' He said: 'Yes!'

📚Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 1, p. 101

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said in a hadith: 'Indeed, doubt is (valid) in something that you have not passed (you are still at the point of doing it and its place has not passed)!'

✅According to narrations 1️⃣ and 2️⃣ and others, in the third and fourth rak'ahs of obligatory prayers, the Tasbihat al-Arba'ah, which is: 'Subhanallah wal-hamdu lillah wa la ilaha illallah wallahu akbar,' is said three times or once.

✅According to narration 4️⃣ and others, if a person doubts the number of Tasbihat al-Arba'ah after passing the place of saying them, his doubt is not valid, and he should not pay attention to it and has no duty.

✅However, if he doubts the Tasbihat al-Arba'ah while standing in the third or fourth rak'ah, since its place has not passed yet, he should pay attention to his doubt and, based on the principle in narration 3️⃣ and others and the above narrations, he performs his duty in the following situations:

1️⃣ If he doubts whether he has said the glorification or not, he should base his decision on certainty and say the Tasbihat al-Arba'ah once or three times and then go into bowing.

2️⃣ If he doubts whether he said the Tasbihat al-Arba'ah once or twice, he should assume he said it once, or according to hadith 2️⃣, he should suffice with this amount and go into bowing, or if he wants to act according to hadith 1️⃣, he says the Tasbihat al-Arba'ah two more times and goes into bowing.

3️⃣ If he doubts whether he said the Tasbihat al-Arba'ah once or three times, if he is acting according to hadith 2️⃣, he assumes he said it once and goes into bowing. If he wants to act according to hadith 1️⃣, he says the Tasbihat al-Arba'ah two more times and goes into bowing.

4️⃣ If he doubts whether he said the Tasbihat al-Arba'ah twice or three times, he bases his decision on the certainty that it was twice and says the Tasbihat al-Arba'ah one more time and goes into bowing.

✅Since the number of times to say the Tasbihat al-Arba'ah in the third and fourth rak'ahs of prayer in the existing narrations is one and three, deliberately saying it twice or more than three times has no place, and one's doubts should also be resolved based on the duty of one or three times.
