The Imam replied: 'There is no good in something whose origin is unlawful, and using it is not lawful!''

Muhammad ibn Ja'far al-Asadi said: 'Among the answers to my questions that came from Imam Zaman (peace be upon him) through Muhammad ibn Uthman al-Amri was this: 'As for your question about the person who considers lawful what is in his hands from our wealth without our permission and disposes of it as if it were his own, such a person is cursed...' until he said: 'It is not lawful for anyone to dispose of another person's wealth without his permission!''

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'Four things are not permissible for four things: wealth from betrayal, embezzlement, theft, and usury are not permissible in Hajj, nor in Umrah, nor in jihad, nor in charity!'

✅Based on the above and other narrations, it is not lawful to dispose of wealth obtained through unlawful means such as robbery, theft, usurpation, or usury, and according to the first narration and others, it is not lawful to use an item purchased with such wealth, and there is no good in it.
