✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:

📚 Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, p. 504

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'The Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers are an obligation, and the Ayat prayer is an obligation!'

📚 Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, p. 506

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no prayer on the day of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha except with an Imam!'

📚 Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, p. 506

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no prayer on Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha except with an Imam (i.e., in congregation), and if you pray it individually, there is no problem!'

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 459

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: 'The prayer on the day of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha does not have an adhan or iqama.... until he said: 'And he who does not pray in a congregation with an Imam, then there is no prayer for him, and there is no make-up on him!'

📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 3, p. 130

In a hadith, Sama'a said: 'I asked the Imam (Sadiq, peace be upon him) about the Eid prayer.' The Imam said: 'It is in all cities, except for Eid al-Adha in Mina, on which day there is no prayer and no takbir!'

📚 Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, p. 508

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: 'It is the tradition for the people of the cities to come out from their cities to open and visible areas and fields for the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers, except for the people of Mecca, because they pray in the Grand Mosque!'

📚 Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, p. 522

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said about the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers: 'When the number of people is five or seven, they perform the Eid prayer in congregation, just as they do on Friday...!'

📚 Al-Bihar, Vol. 90, p. 375

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said about the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers: 'In a city where there are five or more people along with an Imam, it is their duty to establish a congregation for the Friday prayer and the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers!'

✅ According to the above narrations and others, the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers are an obligation in congregation with an Imam and a sermon if the conditions are met. However, although the Imam must be just and have the necessary narrative conditions, in no narration is it specified as exclusive to an infallible Imam. Various pieces of evidence, such as:

The indefinite form of the word 'Imam' in the vast majority of its narrations.

Its being set in contrast to individual prayer.

The necessity of establishing it in all cities.

The tradition of the people of all cities going out to open spaces outside the city for the Eid prayer, except for the people of Mecca.

And....

Show that the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers are not limited to the leadership of an infallible, and righteous Shias who are able to deliver the sermon can, if other conditions such as the necessary number are met, perform this obligation in different cities with the indication and permission of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in the above narrations and others, and they should do so.
