✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:

📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 4, p. 53

Ali ibn Bilal said: 'I wrote a letter to the Imam (peace be upon him) and asked him: 'Is it permissible to give the Zakat on wealth and charity to a needy person who is not from the 'Companions' (i.e., not a Shi'a)?' The Imam wrote: 'Do not give charity and Zakat except to your 'Companions' (i.e., the Shi'a)!'

📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 4, p. 53

Umar ibn Yazid said: 'I asked the Imam (peace be upon him) about giving charity to the Nasibis and the Zaidiyyah. The Imam said: 'Do not give them anything as charity, and if you can, do not give them water to drink,' and he said: 'The Zaidiyyah are also Nasibis!'

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 4, p. 13

Sudair said: 'I asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him): 'Should I feed a beggar whose faith I do not know?' He said: 'Yes, give to one whose loyalty you do not know, nor their enmity towards the truth, for Allah Almighty says (in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 83): 'Speak kindly to people,' and do not feed one who is an enemy to any part of the truth or invites to any part of falsehood!'

📚 Asl Zayd al-Narsi, p. 51

In a narration, Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'As for the Nasibi, never have mercy on him, and do not feed him or give him anything to drink, even if he dies of hunger and thirst, and do not help him... for my father, who was the best person from the family of Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), used to say: 'Whoever satisfies a Nasibi, Allah will fill his stomach with fire on the Day of Judgment, whether he is punished or forgiven!'

📚 Mustatrafat al-Sara'ir, p. 68

In response to a question from Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Isa, Imam Hadi (peace be upon him) wrote: 'Whoever gives charity to a Nasibi, his charity is to his detriment, not to his benefit!'

✅ Based on the above and other narrations, it is not permissible to give charity and Zakat on wealth to individuals who are known to be Nasibis, and it is not permissible to give food and drink to Nasibis. However, regarding the weak (al-mustad'afin) and those whose religion we do not know and it is not possible to inquire about their religion, there are specific permissions with certain conditions and rulings. But for an individual who is specifically a Nasibi, giving charity to him is severely forbidden.

✅ For the meaning of Nasibi, please refer to narrations 6 and 7 from Question 889:
