✅ Please pay attention to the following narrations:

1 الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَقْطِين قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْخِصْيَانِ وَ الْمَرْأَةِ الْكَبِيرَةِ أَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَوَافُ النِّسَاءِ قَالَ نَعَمْ عَلَيْهِمُ الطَّوَافُ كُلِّهِمْ

📚 Al-Kafi, vol. 4, p. 513

Husayn said: I asked Imam Kazim (peace be upon him) about eunuchs and elderly women, is Tawaf al-Nisa also their responsibility? He said: Yes! Tawaf is on all of them!

2 عن مُعَاوِيَة بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عن أَبِي عَبْداللَّه قال: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ نَسِيَ طَوَافَ النِّسَاءِ حَتَّى رَجِعَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ قَالَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ النِّسَاءُ حَتَّى يَزُورَ الْبَيْتَ فَإِنْ هُوَ مَاتَ فَلْيَقْضِ عَنْهُ وَلِيُّهُ أَوْ غَيْرُهُ فَأَمَّا مَا دَامَ حَيّاً فَلَا يَصْلُحُ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ عَنْهُ

Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar said: I asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) about a man who forgets the Tawaf al-Nisa until he returns to his family; the Imam said: Women are not permissible for him until he visits (performs tawaf of) the House of God, so if he dies, his guardian or another person must make up (the Tawaf al-Nisa) on his behalf, but as long as he is alive, it is not correct for others to make it up on his behalf...

3 عن مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عن أَبِي عَبْداللَّه فِي رَجُلٍ نَسِيَ طَوَافَ النِّسَاءِ حَتَّى أَتَى الْكُوفَةَ- قَالَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ النِّسَاءُ حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ- قُلْتُ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَقْدِرْ قَالَ يَأْمُرُ مَنْ يَطُوفُ عَنْهُ

📚 Tahdheeb, vol. 5, p. 256

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said about a man who forgets the Tawaf al-Nisa until he comes to Kufa: Women are not permissible for him until he performs the Tawaf of the House of God! I said: What if he cannot? He said: He should order someone to perform Tawaf on his behalf!

4 قَالَ وَ رُوِيَ فِيمَنْ تَرَکَ طَوَافَ النِّسَاءِ أَنَّهُ إِنْ كَانَ طَافَ طَوَافَ الْوَدَاعِ فَهُوَ طَوَافُ النِّسَاءِ

📚 Faqih, vol. 2, p. 391

Shaykh Saduq said: It is narrated about someone who has left the Tawaf al-Nisa that if he has performed the farewell tawaf, then that is the Tawaf al-Nisa!

5 عن إِسحاق بن عَمَّارٍ عن أَبِي عَبْداللَّه قَالَ: لَوْ لَا مَا مَنَّ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عَلَى النَّاسِ مِنْ طَوَافِ النِّسَاءِ لَرَجَعَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ وَ لَيْسَ يَحِلُّ لَهُ أَهْلُهُ

📚 Al-Kafi, vol. 4, p. 513

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: If God Almighty had not bestowed favor upon the people with Tawaf al-Nisa, a man would return to his wife while his wife was not permissible for him!

6 عن إِسحاق بن عَمَّارٍ عن أَبِي عَبْداللَّه قَالَ: لَوْ لَا مَا مَنَّ اللَّهُ بِهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ مِنْ طَوَافِ الْوَدَاعِ لَرَجَعُوا إِلَى مَنَازِلِهِمْ وَ لَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُمْ أَنْ يَمَسُّوا نِسَاءَهُمْ يَعْنِي لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُمُ النِّسَاءُ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ فَيَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ أُسْبُوعاً آخَرَ بَعْدَ مَا يَسْعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَ الْمَرْوَةِ و ذَلِكَ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ و النِّسَاءِ وَاجِبٌ

📚 Tahdheeb, vol. 5, p. 253

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: If God had not bestowed favor upon the people with the farewell tawaf, they would return to their homes while it was not permissible for them to touch their women, meaning women were not permissible for them until he returned and performed seven rounds of tawaf of the House of God after the sa'i between Safa and Marwa, and this (Tawaf al-Nisa) is obligatory for men and women!

✅ According to the above narrations and others, in Umrah Al-Mufradah, Tawaf al-Nisa is obligatory on everyone after the sa'i between Safa and Marwa and taqsir, and if a man forgets this tawaf, women are not permissible for him until he returns and performs this tawaf. If it is not possible for him to go, he must send someone or order someone to perform the tawaf on his behalf, and if he dies, his guardian must make it up for him.

✅ Today, although it is usually not possible to go to Mecca again to make up for the forgotten tawaf, with communication means, it is relatively easy to find someone to perform the Tawaf al-Nisa on behalf of the person, and individuals who have forgotten the Tawaf al-Nisa should not be negligent and know that until the Tawaf al-Nisa is made up by them or by another person, sexual intercourse with women is not permissible for them.

✅ However, according to the above narrations, if a man has forgotten the Tawaf al-Nisa but has performed the farewell tawaf, sexual intercourse with women is permissible for him, but as a precaution, making up the Tawaf al-Nisa remains his responsibility.

✅ The farewell tawaf is a special tawaf performed when leaving Mecca.

✅ The above narrations also apply to forgetting the Tawaf al-Nisa in Hajj.
