1 أَبِی إِسْحَاقَ النَّحْوِیِّ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَی أَبِی عَبْداللَّه فَسَمِعْتُهُ یَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أَدَّبَ نَبِیَّهُ عَلَی مَحَبَّتِهِ فَقَالَ وَ إِنَّکَ لَعَلی خُلُقٍ عَظِیمٍ ثُمَّ فَوَّضَ إِلَیْهِ فَقَالَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ ما آتاکُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَ ما نَهاکُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا وَ قَالَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مَنْ یُطِعِ الرَّسُولَ فَقَدْ أَطاعَ اللَّهَ قَالَ ثُمَّ قَالَ وَ إِنَّ نَبِیَّ اللَّهِ فَوَّضَ إِلَی عَلِیٍّ وَ ائْتَمَنَهُ فَسَلَّمْتُمْ وَ جَحَدَ النَّاسُ فَوَ اللَّهِ لَنُحِبُّکُمْ أَنْ تَقُولُوا إِذَا قُلْنَا وَ أَنْ تَصْمُتُوا إِذَا صَمَتْنَا وَ نَحْنُ فِیمَا بَیْنَکُمْ وَ بَیْنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مَا جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِأَحَدٍ خَیْراً فِی خِلَافِ أَمْرِنَا

Abu Ishaq al-Nahwi said: I entered upon Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him), and I heard him say: 'Indeed, Allah disciplined His Prophet according to what He loved and (in Surah Al-Qalam, verse 4) said: 'Indeed, you are on a great moral character,' then He entrusted (the matter of religion) to him and (in Surah Al-Hashr, verse 7) said: 'So take what the Messenger gives you and practice it, and abstain from what he forbids you from,' and Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, (in Surah Al-Nisa', verse 80) said: 'Whoever obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allah.'
Then he said: 'And indeed, the Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) entrusted (the matter of religion) to Ali (peace be upon him) and considered him trustworthy, so you (Shi'a) submitted, and the people denied, so by Allah, indeed we love for you that when we say (something), you also say and affirm it, and when we are silent, you also be silent, and we are the (intermediaries) between you and Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, and Allah has not placed any good for anyone in opposing our command!'
2 In a part of the 'Ziyarat' known as 'Ziyarat Aal Yasin', we address our Master Imam al-Mahdi (peace be upon him) and say:
فَالْحَقُّ مَا رَضِیتُمُوهُ وَ الْبَاطِلُ مَا سَخِطْتُمُوهُ وَ الْمَعْرُوفُ مَا أَمَرْتُمْ بِهِ وَ الْمُنْکَرُ مَا نَهَیْتُمْ عَنْهُ
So truth is what you approve of, and falsehood is what you are displeased with and consider disliked, and 'ma'ruf' (a good deed) is what you command, and 'munkar' (an evil deed) is what you forbid.

✅ From the two above narrations and many other verses and narrations, it is completely clear that the divine command and prohibition, and the forbidden things, disliked things, obligations, and recommended acts, are all determined by the statements of Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family), and the infallible Imams (peace be upon them all), and 'munkar' and 'makruh' are what are stated as 'makruh' through the divine proofs.
✅ However, it seems that for the first time, Abu al-Salah al-Halabi said:
'wa tukrahu al-salat ila bab maftuh'
Meaning: 'It is disliked to pray facing an open door!'
And a group, despite admitting that this saying has no narrative evidence, issued a fatwa out of leniency due to the fatwa of Abu al-Salah al-Halabi, and this matter continued until today it is considered one of the disliked places for prayer in most treatises!
Therefore, due to the absence of a narrative text in this regard, one cannot issue a fatwa or believe in the disliked nature of praying facing an open door, and we believe in and adhere to the 'makruhat' (disliked acts) that have been mentioned in the texts, so that we have built all the small and large parts of our religion on authentic narrative texts and have truly taken our religion from our Lord, because:
3 قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِين لَأَنْسُبَنَّ الْإِسْلَامَ نِسْبَةً لَمْ يَنْسُبْهُ أَحَدٌ قَبْلِي وَ لَا يَنْسُبُهُ أَحَدٌ بَعْدِي إِلَّا بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ إِنَّ الْإِسْلَامَ هُوَ التَّسْلِيمُ وَ التَّسْلِيمَ هُوَ الْيَقِينُ وَ الْيَقِينَ هُوَ التَّصْدِيقُ وَ التَّصْدِيقَ هُوَ الْإِقْرَارُ وَ الْإِقْرَارَ هُوَ الْعَمَلُ وَ الْعَمَلَ هُوَ الْأَدَاءُ إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ لَمْ يَأْخُذْ دِينَهُ عَنْ رَأْيِهِ وَ لَكِنْ أَتَاهُ مِنْ رَبِّهِ فَأَخَذَ بِهِ

The Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) said: 'I will explain the lineage of Islam in a way that no one has explained before me and no one will explain after me except like it:
Indeed, Islam is submission, and submission is certainty, and certainty is belief, and belief is acknowledgment, and acknowledgment is action, and action is implementation. Indeed, the believer does not take his religion from his own opinion and view, but rather it reaches him from his Lord, and he acts upon it!'
