Answer

✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:

📚 Al-Kafi, vol. 3, p. 29

Imam al-Sadiq (peace of God be upon him) said in a hadith: Wipe over both feet, and begin with the middle and the right side!

📚 Rijal al-Najashi, p. 5.

Abd al-Rahman says: The Commander of the Faithful (peace of God be upon him) said: When one of you performs ablution, he should begin with the right side of his body before the left side....

📚 Al-Ihtijaj, p. 492

Himyari wrote a letter to the Imam of our Time (peace of God be upon him) and asked him about wiping over the two feet: with which one should he begin? With the right foot, or should he wipe over both of them at the same time?

He replied: He should wipe over both of them at the same time. But if he begins with one before the other, then he should not begin except with the right foot!

✅According to narrations 1 and 2, for wiping the two feet, one should first wipe the right foot.

Given the Imam's command to begin with the right foot in the first hadith, which is in the book Al-Kafi and narrated by a great narrator like Muhammad ibn Muslim, this narration is to be the basis for action.

Of course, in the third hadith, the permission to wipe both feet simultaneously has also been given, and one can act upon this permission. However, wiping the left foot before the right foot is not permitted in the narrations. The third hadith also explicitly states that if a person does not wipe both feet at the same time and wants to prioritize one over the other, he should only prioritize the right foot over the left, and therefore, it is not permissible to prioritize the wiping of the left foot over the right foot.
