Translation:

Imam Sadiq (AS) said: 'A resident (who prays in full) should not lead prayer for a traveler, and a traveler (who prays a shortened prayer) should not lead prayer for a resident. However, if a person finds themselves in such a situation and a traveler becomes the congregational leader for residents praying in full, when the traveler completes their two rak'ahs, they should say the final salam and bring one of the followers forward to lead the remaining part of the prayer.'
