✅Answer:

Please pay attention to the following narrations:

1 Hammad ibn 'Isa narrates in the description of the prayer of Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him):

Then the Imam (after saying the words of ruku') stood straight, and when he was settled in his standing (i.e., he was completely straight), he said:

Then, while still in the standing position, he said 'Allahu Akbar' and raised his hands to the level of his face and went into prostration....

📚 Al-Tahdhib, vol. 2, p. 86

Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: When you rise from prostration, say:

And if you wish, say (in continuation):

📚 Al-Tahdhib, vol. 2, p. 87

Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: When a person rises from prostration, he says:

📚 Al-Tahdhib, vol. 2, p. 88

Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: When you sit at the end of two rak'ahs and recite the tashahhud, and then you rise, say:

📚 Al-Sara'ir, p. 484

Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: When you rise from prostration, say:

📚 Al-Tahdhib, vol. 2, p. 89

Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: When you rise from the first two rak'ahs, lean on your palms and say (while rising):

For indeed Ali (peace be upon him) used to do this.

✅ From the above narrations and others, it is clear that 'Sami'a Allahu liman hamidah' is said while standing after ruku' and while still, and then while still in the standing position, 'Allahu Akbar' is said, and then the person goes into prostration. But the phrase 'bi hawli Allahi wa quwwatihi aqumu wa aq'ud' and the like are said while rising.
