Answer
✅ Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:
📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 340
Ismail ibn al-Fadl said: 'I asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) about the qunut and what is said in it.' The Imam said: 'Whatever Allah decrees and flows from your tongue, and there is no specified (limited and particular) thing for it.'
📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 450
Al-Halabi said: 'I asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) about the qunut of the witr prayer, if there is a limited and particular thing that is followed and said in it.' The Imam said: 'No, praise Allah, the Almighty and Glorious, and send blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), and seek forgiveness for your great sin.' Then he said: 'Every sin is great and significant!'
📚 Al-Khisal, p. 357, hadith 41
Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no specified (limited and particular) prayer in seven places: the funeral prayer, the qunut, Al-Mustajar (behind the Kaaba), Safa and Marwah, standing at Arafat, and the two rak'ahs of the tawaf prayer.'
📚 Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, p. 491
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'The qunut in the witr prayer is seeking forgiveness, and in the obligatory prayer, it is a supplication!'
✅ Although various supplications have been mentioned in the narrations for recitation in the qunut, according to the above narrations and others, no specific and limited prayer has been designated for the qunut. Any supplication can be used for the qunut, including the prayer for relief.
