Answer

✅ Answer:

📖 Surah An-Nisa, verse 11

Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, says: Allah ordains for you concerning your children, that the male shall have the equal of the portion of two females....

📚 Al-Tahdhib vol.7 p.264

In the hadith of mut'ah, Muhammad ibn Muslim said: I said to Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him): Inform me, what if (the temporary wife) becomes pregnant? He said: That child belongs to the man!

📚 Al-Kafi vol.7 p.76

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: Your son is more deserving and preferable to you (in inheritance) than your grandson, and your grandson is more preferable to you than your brother....

📚 Al-Tahdhib vol.7 p.270

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said in a hadith about mut'ah (i.e., temporary marriage): There is no inheritance between the two of them (i.e., the man and his temporary wife) (meaning they do not inherit from each other).

📚 Al-Faqih vol.3 p.464

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said in a hadith: In a temporary marriage, when one of them dies during that period, there is no inheritance between the two of them.

✅ According to the narrations in Shi'a jurisprudence, a child resulting from mut'ah and temporary marriage is attached to them and falls under the general verses and hadiths of inheritance of a child, and the one who is not included in the inheritance is the child of fornication (zina).

However, according to the above narrations and others, there is no inheritance between the temporary spouses themselves. That is, if one of them dies during the period of temporary marriage, they do not inherit from the other, but this matter does not apply to their child, and the child resulting from mut'ah inherits from his parents and gives inheritance to them.
