✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:

📚Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 106

Abu Ubayda al-Hadhdha said: I asked Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) about a menstruating woman who hears the verses of prostration; the Imam said: If it is from the 'Aza'im' (meaning the four cases where prostration is obligatory), then she must prostrate when she hears it!

📚Uyun Akhbar al-Rida, peace be upon him, 2, p. 117

Imam Rida (peace be upon him) said: When a woman menstruates, she does not fast and does not pray, because she is in a state of impurity, and Allah loves that you do not worship Him except in a state of purity, and because the one for whom there is no prayer, there is also no fast upon her...

📚Ilal al-Shara'i, 288

In a hadith, Zurarah and Muhammad ibn Muslim said: I said to Imam Baqir (peace be upon him): Does a 'junub' person and a menstruating woman recite anything from the Qur'an? He said: Yes, whatever they want except the verses with obligatory prostration, and they remember Allah in all states...

✅For a menstruating woman, some actions are forbidden, and among them, according to the above narrations, are praying, fasting, and reciting verses with obligatory prostration.

However, regarding the prostration of 'Ziyarat Ashura', no specific or general prohibition has been mentioned in the narrations, and therefore, there is no obstacle for it, and a menstruating woman can recite 'Ziyarat Ashura' and also perform its prostration.
