✅Answer: Pay attention to the following narrations:

1 عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّه فِي الرَّجُلِ يَبُولُ ثُمَّ يَسْتَنْجِي ثُمَّ يَجِدُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ بَلَلًا قَالَ إِذَا بَالَ فَخَرَطَ مَا بَيْنَ الْمَقْعَدَةِ وَ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَ غَمَزَ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا ثُمَّ اسْتَنْجَى فَإِنْ سَالَ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ السُّوقَ فَلَا يُبَالِي.

Imam Sadiq (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), regarding a man who urinates and then performs istinja' (purifies himself from urine) and then finds some moisture, said: 'If he urinates and then pulls his hand three times between the anus and the testicles and presses and pulls between the two (i.e., the penis) with his hand, and after that, he purifies the place of urination, then if it flows to the point of reaching the shin, there is no problem!'

2 عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْبَرْقِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّه فِي الرَّجُلِ يَبُولُ قَالَ يَنْتُرُهُ ثَلَاثاً ثُمَّ إِنْ سَالَ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ السُّوقَ [السابق] فَلَا يُبَالِي.

Imam Sadiq (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), regarding a man who urinates, said: 'He should grasp and pull (the penis) three times firmly, and then if something flows from it to the point of reaching the shin, there is no problem!'

3 عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ رَجُلٌ بَالَ وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ مَاءٌ قَالَ يَعْصِرُ أَصْلَ ذَكَرِهِ إِلَى طَرَفِهِ [طرف ذکره] ثَلَاثَ عَصَرَاتٍ وَ يَنْتُرُ طَرَفَهُ فَإِنْ خَرَجَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ شَيْ ءٌ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ الْبَوْلِ وَ لَكِنَّهُ مِنَ الْحَبَائِلِ

Muhammad ibn Muslim said: I said to Imam Baqir (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): 'A man urinates and does not have water with him (what should he do?)' The Imam said: 'He should press the base of his penis towards its head three times and firmly press and pull its head. So if something comes out after that, it is not from urine, but rather it is from the veins of the penis.'

✅ In the above narrations, in addition to clarifying the method of istibra', it is clear that if moisture comes out after istibra', it is not urine and does not need purification.
