Question 52 - A traveler who enters a city without the intention of staying for ten days but later, after one or two days, decides to stay for ten days—what is the ruling on their prayer?

✅پاسخ : مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِیِّ بْنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ یَقْطِینٍ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ (عَنِ الرَّجُلِ یَخْرُجُ فِی السَّفَرِ) ثُمَّ یَبْدُو لَهُ فِی الْإِقَامَةِ وَ هُوَ فِی الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ یُتِمُّ إِذَا بَدَتْ لَهُ الْإِقَامَةُ

📚Man La Yahduruhu Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, Page 262

Translation: Ali bin Yaqtin asked Imam Kazim (AS) about a man who goes on a journey and then, while in prayer, decides to stay (for ten days). The Imam said: Whenever he decides to stay, he should perform his prayers in full.
