Manner of ghusl of janabah
✅ A person who intends to perform ablution or ghusl, if his hands are impure, there is no doubt that he must purify them. But in a state where his hands are pure, in various narrations, including the first to the fifth narrations, it is commanded that if the person's event was from sleep or urination, the hands should be washed once, from defecation twice, and from janabah three times, even if his hands are pure.
However, with regard to many other narrations, including the sixth to the eighth, it is permitted for people who intend to perform ghusl or ablution, if no impurity has reached their hands, to begin the ghusl or ablution without washing it. Therefore, the first to sixth narrations and their likes are a matter of preference and virtue, and it is permissible not to act upon them, although acting upon them is a matter of preference and virtue.
