Answer

✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 106

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'A menstruating woman, as well as a woman in a state of postnatal bleeding (nufasa'), and a ritually impure person (junub) read the Quran.' (They can read).

📚 Ilal al-Shara'i, p. 288

In a hadith, Muhammad said: 'I asked Imam Baqir (peace be upon him): 'Do a menstruating woman and a ritually impure person recite anything from the Quran?' He said: 'Yes, as much as they wish, except for the verses containing (obligatory) prostration, and they can remember God in any state.'

✅ The term 'al-Sajdah' in the above narration and similar ones refers to four verses found in four surahs, and upon their recitation, an obligatory prostration must be performed. You can see some of their rulings in the following link:

📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 1, p. 128

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no problem for a menstruating woman and a ritually impure person to recite the Quran.'

📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 1, p. 128

Halabi asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him): 'Can a woman in postnatal bleeding, a menstruating woman, a ritually impure person, and a person defecating recite the Quran?' He said: 'They can recite as much as they wish.'

📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 1, p. 371

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: 'A ritually impure person and a menstruating woman can open the Quran from under a cloth and recite as much of it as they wish, except for the verses containing (obligatory) prostration.'

📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 1, p. 128

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'A menstruating woman can recite as much of the Quran as she wishes.'

✅ As can be seen in the above narrations, a menstruating woman can open the Quran from under a cloth and recite as much of it as she wishes, except for the verses containing obligatory prostration, which she should not recite.

✅ Some, based on a narration in the book Fiqh al-Ridha, which requires validation, and also a narration that Ja'far ibn al-Hasan ibn Sa'id al-Muhaqqiq narrated with a different wording in the book Al-Mu'tabar, consider reading the entirety of the four surahs that contain the obligatory prostration verse to be forbidden for a menstruating woman as a precaution. However, in the above narrations, only the recitation of the verses containing obligatory prostration is forbidden for a menstruating woman.
