📚 Tahdhib, Vol. 6, p. 378

Translation: Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, said: 'Whoever plants a tree or is the first (in a place) to make water flow (by drilling a well or digging a qanat) that no one has preceded him in, and revives a dead land, that is his property, and this is a ruling from Allah and His Messenger.'

✅ According to the ruling of Allah and His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, whoever drills a well or a qanat on his property or on a dead land within its limits and conditions is its owner, and there is no prohibition in the narrations for performing ghusl and wudu with its water. 📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 5, p. 296

Translation: Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: 'Between two wells, if the ground is hard and firm, there should be a distance of five hundred cubits (about 250 meters), and if the ground is soft and loose, there should be a distance of one thousand cubits (about 500 meters) between them.'

✅ For the distance between two springs and two qanats, in the hadith in 📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 5, p. 296, a distance of 500 cubits is specified, and in the hadith in 📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 5, p. 293, it is narrated from Imam Hasan Askari, peace be upon him, regarding the distance between two qanats that he said: 'It should be in such a way that (according to the quality of the ground) one does not harm the other.'
