✅Answer: Please pay attention to the following narration:

📚 Al-Kafi, Volume 4, page 162

Shaykh Kulayni narrated from Muhammad ibn Isa from the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) that they said: 'Recite this supplication on:

1 The 23rd night of Ramadan, while prostrating, standing, sitting, and in any state.

2 And during the entire month of Ramadan.

3 And in any situation and state that is possible for you.

4 And whenever it comes and becomes available for you in your life and time.

Repeat this supplication (in this manner): After praising Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, and sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him), say:

✅Since in some narrations, mentioning the real name of Imam al-Mahdi (peace be upon him), which is the same name as the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), has been forbidden until his blessed reappearance, we mention one of his titles along with the name of his honorable father instead of 'so-and-so, son of so-and-so.'

✅This noble supplication is narrated in 📚Tahdhib, Volume 3, page 103, in this manner:

✅This magnificent supplication is narrated in

📚 Misbah of Shaykh Tusi, Volume 2, page 630

and 📚 Fallah al-Sail, page 46

and 📚 Balad al-Amin, page 203

and 📚 Misbah of Kaf'ami, page 586

in this manner, which is its famous form:

✅This soul-refreshing supplication is narrated in 📚 Mazar Kabir of Ibn Mashhadi in this manner:

✅As is clear from the text of the narration of this supplication, although the specific time for this supplication is the 23rd night of Ramadan and throughout the entire month of Ramadan, the Imam explains with different expressions that we should recite this supplication at all times of our lives and whenever it is available. Therefore, this supplication can be recited at all times of life.

✅It should be noted that there is one praise of Allah and one blessing (salawat) before this supplication, which unfortunately most people omit. With the help of the respected members and by widely spreading it among the lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), we teach that before this supplication we should first say:

or say other phrases that include praise and blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and then begin the above supplication.

✅The pleasure and blessing of supplicating for the Remnant of Allah (peace be upon him) cannot be described or expressed. Let us benefit from it at all times of our lives, if Allah wills.
