✅ Answer: Please pay attention to the following narrations:

Translation: Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: When blood and urine drip from a person, when the time for prayer arrives, he takes a pouch and puts cotton in it and hangs it on himself and places his private part in it, and then he prays and combines two prayers, that is, the Dhuhr and 'Asr prayers, by slightly delaying the Dhuhr prayer and bringing forward the 'Asr prayer, and he prays them with one Adhan and two Iqamas, and he slightly delays the Maghrib prayer and brings forward the 'Isha prayer and prays them with one Adhan and two Iqamas, and he does this for the Fajr prayer as well.

📚 Al-Kafi Vol. 3, p. 20

Translation: Mansur ibn Hazim said: I said to Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him): A man is afflicted with urine and cannot hold it. What should he do? He said: The Imam said to me: When he cannot hold it, God is more worthy of accepting the excuse, he should use a pouch (for himself).

📚 Tahdhib Vol. 1, p. 351

Translation: Halabi said: Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) was asked about the dripping of urine; the Imam said: When he prays, he should use a pouch.

✅ From the above narrations, it is clear that a person who is afflicted with urinary incontinence and the dripping of urine should tie a pouch to themselves for prayer so that the urine does not spread to their body and clothes, and the fact that such a person is excused and God accepts their excuse does not mean that they should pray with impure clothes and body, but rather they should act according to the above narrations, if Allah wills.
