Question 24: Is it permissible to recite invocations that have no hadith, such as saying 'Allah' a thousand and ten times to become wealthy or similar things?
✅ Answer: Numerous narrations have come to us from the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) prohibiting invented and fabricated practices. We should base all our religious actions on authentic hadiths.
And here is an example of a foundational narration:
📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 1, p. 70
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said: There is no saying without action, and there is no saying or action without intention, and there is no saying, action, or intention (that is valid) except with conformity to the tradition.
✅ According to this narration, any action we wish to undertake must be in accordance with the tradition and teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). InshaAllah.
