✅ Answer: Please pay attention to the following verses and traditions:

وَمَن یُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَیَخْشَ اللَّهَ وَیَتَّقْهِ فَأُولَئِکَ هُمُ الْفَائِزُونَ (۵۲)

And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, and fears Allah and has Taqwa (piety) of Him, such are the successful ones.

📖 Surah An-Nur, Verse 52

وَأَقِیمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّکَاةَ وَأَطِیعُوا الرَّسُولَ لَعَلَّکُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ (۵۶)

And establish the prayer, and give Zakat, and obey the Messenger that you may receive mercy.

📖 Surah An-Nur, Verse 56

1 عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: تَزَاوَرُوا فَإِنَّ فِي زِيَارَتِكُمْ إِحْيَاءً لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَ ذِكْراً لِأَحَادِيثِنَا وَ أَحَادِيثُنَا تَعْطِفُ بَعْضَكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ فَإِنْ أَخَذْتُمْ بِهَا رَشَدْتُمْ وَ نَجَوْتُمْ وَ إِنْ تَرَكْتُمُوهَا ضَلَلْتُمْ وَ هَلَكْتُمْ فَخُذُوا بِهَا وَ أَنَا بِنَجَاتِكُمْ زَعِيمٌ

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 2, p. 186

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'Visit one another, for in your visits to each other there is the revival of your hearts and the mention of our traditions (Ahadith), and our traditions make you incline and be kind to one another.'

Then, if you act upon them (i.e., our traditions), you will be guided and attain salvation, and if you abandon them, you will be misguided and perish!

So, act upon our traditions, and (in that case) I am the guarantor and responsible for your salvation!

In a tradition, Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: 'Whoever takes knowledge from its people and acts upon it will be saved!'

3 قَالَ أَمِیرُ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ علیه السلام أَنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَ مَعِی عِتْرَتُهُ عَلَی الْحَوْضِ فَمَنْ أَرَادَنَا فَلْیَأْخُذْ بِقَوْلِنَا وَ لْیَعْمَلْ بِعِلْمِنَا...

Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) said: 'I am with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and his pure progeny ('Itrah) are with me at the Pool (of Kawthar)! So, whoever seeks us, let him take and act upon our saying and perform our deed!'

Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) said in a sermon on the pulpit: 'O people! When you gain knowledge, act upon what you have learned, in the hope that you may be guided!'

✅ According to hundreds of verses and traditions, a few of which were mentioned, after the legal proof (Hujjah Shar'i), which is confined to the clear verses of the Qur'an and the authentic and actionable traditions of the Infallibles (peace be upon them), reaches the mukallaf (a legally responsible person) and he properly understands it, he is obligated to act upon his religious duty according to that legal proof and does not need permission or authorization from anyone.

What some people refer to as religious experts state—that 'the gentlemen have given general permission to spend Radd al-Madhalim from one thousand Tomans up to, for example, five hundred thousand Tomans, in its rightful place, which is the poor, but if the amount is more than this, permission must be obtained from the offices before it is given as charity to the poor'—is an explicit innovation (bid'ah) without any Quranic or traditional basis.

The duty of the mukallaf, according to the traditions of the Infallibles (peace be upon them), is to recognize the details of his duty, such as the instances of Radd al-Madhalim, the place of expenditure, and so on, from the speech of the Infallible. After gaining sufficient knowledge and information, he should proceed to act and spend the injustices (Madhalim), whatever the amount, in its designated place, and he does not require any permission from any 'gentleman'.

✅ Our Imams, upon whom be the divine peace, have guaranteed our salvation in traditions such as tradition 1 and 2 and others, provided we act upon their traditions. We learn the rulings of Radd al-Madhalim from them, and we spend amounts from one Rial up to thousands of billions of Tomans in the location specified by the Infallibles, and we are not obligated to seek permission from any 'gentleman'!

✅ Truly, some people, during the occultation (Ghaybah) of our master, Imam Zaman (peace be upon him), have done and said things that are astonishing!

Pray much for the hastening of his reappearance....
