1 عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْداللَّهِ (علیه السلام) قَالَ: إِذَا الْتَقَی الْخِتَانَانِ وَجَبَ الْمَهْرُ وَ الْعِدَّةُ وَ الْغُسْلُ.

Imam Sadiq (peace of Allah be upon him) said: In case the two circumcised parts meet, the dowry, the waiting period (idda, in case of divorce), and the ritual bath (ghusl) are obligatory!
2 عن مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا قال: سَأَلْتُهُ مَتَی یَجِبُ الْغُسْلُ عَلَی الرَّجُلِ وَ الْمَرْأَةِ فَقَالَ إِذَا أَدْخَلَهُ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْغُسْلُ و الْمَهْرُ و الرَّجْم

Muhammad ibn Muslim said: I asked one of the two Imams, either Imam Baqir or Imam Sadiq (peace of Allah be upon them both), when is the ritual bath (ghusl) obligatory upon a man and a woman? The Imam said: In case he enters her, the ritual bath, the dowry, and stoning (in case of adultery) become obligatory!
3 عن غَیْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ و أَبِی عَبْداللَّهِ فِی الْمُرْتَدِّ یُسْتَتَابُ فَإِنْ تَابَ وَ إِلَّا قُتِلَ وَ الْمَرْأَةِ إِذَا ارْتَدَّتْ عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ اسْتُتِیبَتْ فَإِنْ تَابَتْ وَ رَجَعَتْ وَ إِلَّا خُلِّدَتْ فِی السِّجْنِ وَ ضُیِّقَ عَلَیْهَا فِی حَبْسِهَا.

Imam Baqir and Imam Sadiq (peace of Allah be upon them both) said regarding an apostate man (mil-li): He is asked to repent, so if he repents, then (it is accepted), otherwise he is killed. And a woman, if she apostatizes from Islam, is asked to repent, so if she repents and returns, then (it is accepted), otherwise she is imprisoned for life and restricted in the prison!
4 عن عَبَّادِ بْنِ صُهَیْبٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْداللَّه قَال: الْمُرْتَدُّ یُسْتَتَابُ فَإِنْ تَابَ وَ إِلَّا قُتِلَ وَ الْمَرْأَةُ تُسْتَتَابُ فَإِنْ تَابَتْ وَ إِلَّا حُبِسَتْ فِی السِّجْنِ وَ أُضِرَّ بِهَا.

Imam Sadiq (peace of Allah be upon him) said: An apostate man (mil-li) is asked to repent, so if he repents, then (it is accepted), otherwise he is killed. And a (apostate) woman is asked to repent, so if she repents, then (it is accepted), otherwise she is imprisoned and treated harshly!
5 عن حَمَّادٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْداللَّهِ فِی الْمُرْتَدَّةِ عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ قال لَا تُقْتَلُ وَ تُسْتَخْدَمُ خِدْمَةً شَدِیدَةً وَ تُمْنَعُ الطَّعَامَ وَ الشَّرَابَ إِلَّا مَا یُمْسِکُ نَفْسَهَا وَ تُلْبَسُ خَشِنَ الثِّیَابِ و تُضْرَبُ عَلَی الصَّلَوَات

Imam Sadiq (peace of Allah be upon him) said concerning a woman apostatizing from Islam: She is not killed, and she is severely put to service, and she is prevented from food and drink except for the amount that sustains her life, and she is dressed in coarse and rough clothing, and she is beaten to perform the prayers!
6 عن جابر بن یزید الجعفی قال سَمِعْتُ أَباجَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَلِیٍّ الْبَاقِرَ یَقُولُ...و إِذَا ارْتَدَّتِ الْمَرْأَةُ عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ اسْتُتِیبَتْ فَإِنْ تَابَتْ و إِلَّا خُلِّدَتْ فی السِّجْنِ و لَا تُقْتَلُ کَمَا یُقْتَلُ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا ارْتَدَّ وَ لَکِنَّهَا تُسْتَخْدَمُ خِدْمَةً شَدِیدَةً و تُمْنَعُ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ و الشَّرَابِ إِلَّا مَا تُمْسِکُ بِهِ نَفْسَهَا وَ لَا تُطْعَمُ إِلَّا جَشِبَ الطَّعَامِ وَ لَا تُکْسَی إِلَّا غَلِیظَ الثِّیَابِ وَ خَشِنَهَا و تُضْرَبُ عَلَی الصَّلَاةِ وَ الصِّیَامِ...

Jabir said: I heard Imam Baqir (peace of Allah be upon him) say: ... In case a woman apostatizes from Islam, she is asked to repent, so if she repents, then (it is accepted), otherwise she is imprisoned for life, and she is not killed as a man is killed in case of apostasy, but she is severely put to service, and she is prevented from food and drink except for the amount that sustains her life, and she is only fed coarse and heavy food, and she is only clothed in heavy and rough garments, and she is beaten to perform the prayer and fasting!
✅ Based on the above hadiths and others, upon the occurrence of sexual intercourse with the wife, her dowry is confirmed and becomes obligatory, and if the woman apostatizes afterwards, even though her marriage contract becomes void, no evidence regarding the forfeiture of the dowry has been mentioned in the hadiths, and therefore her dowry is not forfeited.
Also, no narrative evidence has been reported regarding the division of the apostate woman's property among the heirs, and therefore her property is not divided until the time of her death.
An apostate woman and an apostate man are not the same in terms of ruling, and the rulings of an apostate man are not applicable to an apostate woman. An apostate woman does not have the ruling of execution in any case, such that she would be considered like the deceased and her property, such as the dowry, would be subject to division.
