1⃣عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ علیه السلام قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلی الله علیه و آله لِأَصْحَابِهِ ذَاتَ یَوْمٍ أَ تَرَوْنَ لَوْ جَمَعْتُمْ مَا عِنْدَکُمْ مِنَ الْآنِیَةِ وَ الْمَتَاعِ أَ کُنْتُمْ تَرَوْنَهُ یَبْلُغُ السَّمَاءَ قَالُوا لَا یَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَ فَلَا أَدُلُّکُمْ عَلَی شَیْ ءٍ أَصْلُهُ فِی الْأَرْضِ وَ فَرْعُهُ فِی السَّمَاءِ قَالُوا بَلَی یَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ یَقُولُ أَحَدُکُمْ إِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْفَرِیضَةِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ أَکْبَرُ ثَلَاثِینَ مَرَّةً فَإِنَّ أَصْلَهُنَّ فِی الْأَرْضِ وَ فَرْعَهُنَّ فِی السَّمَاءِ وَ هُنَّ یَدْفَعْنَ الْحَرَقَ وَ الْغَرَقَ وَ الْهَدْمَ وَ التَّرَدِّیَ فِی الْبِئْرِ وَ مِیتَةَ السَّوْءِ وَ هُنَّ الْبَاقِیَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ

📚 Ma'ani al-Akhbar, p. 324

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: One day, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said to his companions: If you gathered all your vessels and possessions, do you think they would reach the sky? They said: No, O Messenger of Allah! He said: Shall I not guide you to something whose roots are in the earth and whose branches are in the sky? They said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah! He said: Each of you, after completing the obligatory prayer, should say 30 times:

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ أَکْبَرُ

For their roots are in the earth and their branches are in the sky, and they ward off fire, drowning, a building or wall collapsing, falling into a well, and an evil death, and they are among the righteous deeds that remain!

2⃣ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ یَزِیدَ قَالَ الْبَاقِرُ مَنْ أَحْیَا لَیْلَةَ ثَلَاثٍ وَ عِشْرِینَ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَ صَلَّی فِیهَا مِائَةَ رَکْعَةٍ وَسَّعَ اللَّهُ عَلَیْهِ مَعِیشَتَهُ فِی الدُّنْیَا وَ کَفَاهُ أَمْرَ مَنْ یُعَادِیهِ وَ أَعَاذَهُ مِنَ الْحَرَقِ وَ الْهَدْمِ وَ السَّرَقِ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ السِّبَاعِ وَ دَفَعَ عَنْهُ هَوْلَ مُنْکَرٍ وَ نَکِیرٍ وَ خَرَجَ مِنْ قَبْرِهِ وَ نُورُهُ یَتَلَأْلَأُ لِأَهْلِ الْجَمْعِ وَ یُعْطَی کِتَابَهُ بِیَمِینِهِ وَ یُکْتَبُ لَهُ بَرَاءَةٌ مِنَ النَّارِ وَ جَوَازٌ عَلَی الصِّرَاطِ وَ أَمَانٌ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ وَ یَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ بِغَیْرِ حِسَابٍ وَ یُجْعَلُ فِیهَا مِنْ رُفَقَاءِ النَّبِیِّینَ وَ الصِّدِّیقِینَ وَ الشُّهَدَاءِ وَ الصَّالِحِینَ وَ حَسُنَ أُولَئِکَ رَفِیقاً.

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: Whoever keeps the night of the 23rd of Ramadan alive and prays one hundred rak'ahs during it, Allah will expand their sustenance in this world, suffice them against those who oppose them, protect them from fire, a building or wall collapsing, theft, and the harm of predators, and remove the fear of Munkar and Nakir. They will emerge from their grave with their light shining for the people of the Day of Gathering, their record will be given in their right hand, they will receive immunity from the Fire, a pass to cross the Sirat, and protection from punishment, entering Paradise without account, and they will be placed among the companions of the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous, and these are excellent companions!

3⃣عَنِ السَّکُونِیِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ آبَائِهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ لَیَدْفَعُ بِالصَّدَقَةِ الدَّاءَ وَ الدُّبَیْلَةَ وَ الْحَرَقَ وَ الْغَرَقَ وَ الْهَدْمَ وَ الْجُنُونَ وَ عَدَّ سَبْعِینَ بَاباً مِنَ السُّوءِ

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said: Indeed, Allah, for whom there is no deity but Him, wards off pain, plague, fire, drowning, a building collapsing, and insanity through charity, and he enumerated seventy types of evil!

4⃣عن فُضَیْلِ بْنِ عُثْمَان عن أَبی عبداللَّه قَالَ: مَنْ تَصَدَّقَ فِی یَوْمٍ أَوْ لَیْلَةٍ إِنْ کَانَ یَوْمٌ فَیَوْمٌ وَ إِنْ کَانَ لَیْلَةٌ فَلَیْلَةٌ دَفَعَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ الْهَدْمَ وَ السَّبُعَ وَ مِیتَةَ السَّوْء

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Whoever gives charity during the day or night—one day if during the day, or one night if during the night—Allah will ward off a building or wall collapsing, predators, and an evil death from them!

5⃣ فِي حَدِيثِ الْأَرْبَعِمِائَةِ عَنْ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : إِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمُ النَّوْمَ فَلْيَضَعْ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ الْأَيْمَنِ وَ لْيَقُلْ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي لِلَّهِ عَلَى مِلَّةِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَ دِينِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ وَلَايَةِ مَنِ افْتَرَضَ اللَّهُ طَاعَتَهُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَ وَ مَا لَمْ يَشَأْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فَمَنْ قَالَ ذَلِكَ عِنْدَ مَنَامِهِ حُفِظَ مِنَ اللِّصِّ الْمُغِيرِ وَ الْهَدْمِ وَ اسْتَغْفَرَتْ لَهُ

Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) said: When one of you intends to sleep, let them place their right hand under their right cheek and say:

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي لِلَّهِ عَلَى مِلَّةِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَ دِينِ مُحَمَّدٍ (صلی اللَّه علیه و آله) وَ وَلَايَةِ مَنِ افْتَرَضَ اللَّهُ طَاعَتَهُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَ وَ مَا لَمْ يَشَأْ لَمْ يَكُنْ

Whoever says this at the time of sleep will be protected from a thieving robber, a building or wall collapsing, and the angels will seek forgiveness for them!

6⃣عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِیَادٍ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ علیه السلام: إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّوَجَلَّ یَدْفَعُ بِالْحَمَامِ عَنْ هَدَّةِ الدَّارِ

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 6, p. 547

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Indeed, Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, prevents a building from collapsing because of a pigeon (in the house)!

7⃣عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ أَبِی طَالِبٍ علیهم السلام عَنِ النَّبِیِّ صلی الله علیه و آله أَنَّهُ قَالَ : یَا عَلِیُّ أُوصِیکَ بِوَصِیَّةٍ فَاحْفَظْهَا فَلَا تَزَالُ بِخَیْرٍ مَا حَفِظْتَ وَصِیَّتِی الی ان قال.. یَا عَلِیُّ أَمَانٌ لِأُمَّتِی مِنَ الْهَدْمِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ یُمْسِکُ السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضَ أَنْ تَزُولا وَ لَئِنْ زالَتا إِنْ أَمْسَکَهُما مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ إِنَّهُ کانَ حَلِیماً غَفُوراً

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said to Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him): O Ali! I advise you, so preserve it, for as long as you hold to it, you will be in goodness... and he continued until he said: O Ali! For my nation, (reciting this verse) provides protection from a building collapsing:

إِنَّ اللَّهَ یُمْسِکُ السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضَ أَنْ تَزُولا وَ لَئِنْ زالَتا إِنْ أَمْسَکَهُما مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ إِنَّهُ کانَ حَلِیماً غَفُوراً

(Surah Fatir, Verse 41)

8⃣ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ علیه السلام قَالَ: مُرُوا شِیعَتَنَا بِزِیَارَةِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ علیه السلام فَإِنَّ زِیَارَتَهُ تَدْفَعُ الْهَدْمَ وَ الْغَرَقَ وَ الْحَرَقَ وَ أَکْلَ السَّبْعِ وَ زِیَارَتُهُ مُفْتَرَضَةٌ عَلَی مَنْ أَقَرَّ لِلْحُسَیْنِ بِالْإِمَامَةِ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَل

📚 Amali al-Saduq, p. 143

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: Command our Shiites to visit Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), for his visitation prevents a building or wall from collapsing, drowning, fire, and being devoured by predators. Visiting him is obligatory for everyone who acknowledges his Imamate from Allah, the Mighty and Exalted!
