✅ Answer: Consider the following narration:

1⃣عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا إِبْرَاهِیمَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ یَسْتَأْجِرُ الرَّجُلَ بِأَجْرٍ مَعْلُومٍ فَیَبْعَثُهُ فِی ضَیْعَتِهِ فَیُعْطِیهِ رَجُلٌ آخَرُ دَرَاهِمَ وَ یَقُولُ اشْتَرِ بِهَذَا کَذَا وَ کَذَا وَ مَا رَبِحْتَ بَیْنِی وَ بَیْنَکَ فَقَالَ إِذَا أَذِنَ لَهُ الَّذِی اسْتَأْجَرَهُ فَلَیْسَ بِهِ بَأْسٌ.

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 5, p. 287

Ishaq ibn Ammar says: I asked Imam Kazim (peace be upon him) about a person who hires someone for a specific wage and sends them to their farmland, and another person gives them a few dirhams and says: Buy such-and-such with it, and whatever profit is made will be shared between us. The Imam said: If the person who initially hired them permits it, there is no issue!

✅ Based on the above narration and others, if someone is hired by another person, they can only be hired by someone else and perform another task during the hours of the initial contract if the person who first hired them gives permission.
