Ali ibn Ja'far said: I asked Imam Kazim (peace be upon him) about a person who has several missed Ramadan fasts to make up and is traveling. If they stay in one place, can they make up the fasts? The Imam replied: No! Not unless they intend to stay for ten days.
✅ Based on the above narration and others, it is not permissible for a traveler to make up missed Ramadan fasts while traveling, unless they intend to stay in one place for ten days, in which case they may make up the fasts.
