✅ Answer: Refer to the following narrations:

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 6, p. 253

Imam Kazim (peace be upon him) said: Seven things from a sheep are prohibited: blood, testicles, the male organ, the bladder, glands, spleen, and the gallbladder!

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 6, p. 253

Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) passed by some butchers and prohibited them from selling seven things from a sheep: He forbade them from selling blood, glands, the heart's ear, spleen, spinal cord, testicles, and the male organ!

3⃣ Isma'il bin Marar narrated from them: It is forbidden to eat from camels, cows, sheep, or other lawful animals the following: their external and internal organs, the male organ, testicles, placenta (womb), spleen, because it is blood, glands with veins, the marrow in the spine, gallbladder, eyes, the knot in the brain, and blood.

Isma'il from the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) narrated: It is forbidden to eat the following from camels, cows, sheep, and other lawful animals: the genitals with their external and internal parts, the male organ, testicles, placenta (the womb), spleen (because it is blood), glands with veins, marrow in the spine (spinal cord), gallbladder, eyes, and brain knots, and blood.

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 6, p. 254

📚 Khasa’l, p. 434

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Ten parts of a sheep are not eaten: dung, blood, spleen, marrow, glands, the male organ, testicles, placenta, genitals, and jugular veins, or he said: veins!

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 6, p. 254

Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) said: When one of you buys meat, he should remove the glands, as they stimulate the leprosy veins!

📚 Al-I‘lāl al-Sharā’i‘, Vol. 2, p. 562

In a narration, Aban bin Uthman said: Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Ten things from the slaughtered animal are disliked, among them are the spleen, testicles, marrow, blood, skin, bones, horns, hooves, glands, and the male organ!

7⃣ Narrated from Abu Abdullah (peace be upon him): Ten things are forbidden from the slaughtered animal, and ten things are permitted from a dead animal. As for the forbidden from the slaughtered animal, they are blood, dung, glands, spleen, the male organ, testicles, womb, hooves, horns, and hair.

📚 Mahāsin, Vol. 2, p. 471

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said in a narration: Ten things are prohibited from the slaughtered animal. So, the prohibited things are blood, dung, glands, spleen, the male organ, testicles, womb, hooves, horns, and hair.

✅ In the above narrations and others, it is clear that eating certain parts of a lawful slaughtered animal is specifically prohibited, including eating the glands and veins of the slaughtered animal.

✅ However, there is no specific prohibition mentioned regarding the lungs (or liver) or white liver, and it is not part of the general prohibitions such as glands and veins.

Therefore, eating them is not forbidden or disliked in the available narrations, and there is no issue in consuming them.

✅ Why do you not pray more for the hastening of the appearance of ‘Muḥyī Ma‘ālim al-Dīn wa Ahlihi,’ the reviver of the laws and the people of religion?

Let us pray more for the hastening of his appearance:
