Shaykh Kulayni said: Abdul Muttalib passed away when the Prophet (PBUH) was about 8 years old, and when he was in his twenties, he married Khadijah (PBUH). Before the Prophet's mission, from Khadijah, Qasim, Ruqayyah, Zaynab, and Umm Kulthum were born to him. After the mission, Tayyib, Tahir, and Fatimah (PBUH) were born. It is also narrated that only Fatimah (PBUH) was born after the mission, and Tayyib and Tahir were born before the mission.

2⃣عن أبی بصیر عن أحدهما قال: لَمَّا مَاتَتْ رُقَیَّةُ ابْنَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ قال رَسُولُ اللَّهِ الْحَقِی بِسَلَفِنَا الصَّالِحِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مَظْعُونٍ و أَصْحَابِهِ قَالَ وَ فَاطِمَةُ عَلَی شَفِیرِ الْقَبْرِ تَنْحَدِرُ دُمُوعُهَا فِی الْقَبْرِ و رَسُولُ اللَّهِ یَتَلَقَّاهُ بِثَوْبِهِ قَائِماً یَدْعُو قَالَ إِنِّی لَأَعْرِفُ ضَعْفَهَا و سَأَلْتُ اللَّهَ عَزَّوَجَلَّ أَنْ یُجِیرَهَا مِنْ ضَمَّةِ الْقَبْر

Imam Baqir or Imam Sadiq (PBUH) said: When Ruqayyah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), passed away, the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'Join our righteous predecessors, Uthman bin Maz'un and his companions!'

He said: Fatimah (PBUH) was weeping at Ruqayyah’s grave, and the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) stood in prayer, wiping her tears with his garment. He said: 'I know her weakness, and I asked Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, to protect her from the punishment of the grave.'

3⃣عن أبی بصیر قال: قُلْتُ لِأَبِی عَبْداللَّه أَ یُفْلِتُ مِنْ ضَغْطَةِ الْقَبْرِ أَحَدٌ قَالَ فقال نَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْهَا ما أَقَلَّ مَنْ یُفْلِتُ مِنْ ضَغْطَةِ الْقَبْرِ إِنَّ رُقَیَّةَ لَمَّا قَتَلَهَا عُثْمَانُ وَقَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عَلَی قَبْرِهَا فَرَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ إِلَی السَّمَاءِ فَدَمَعَتْ عَیْنَاهُ و قَالَ لِلنَّاسِ إِنِّی ذَکَرْتُ هَذِهِ و مَا لَقِیَتْ فَرَقَقْتُ لَهَا و اسْتَوْهَبْتُهَا مِنْ ضَمَّةِ الْقَبْرِ قال فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ هَبْ لِی رُقَیَّةَ مِنْ ضَمَّةِ الْقَبْرِ فَوَهَبَهَا اللَّهُ لَهُ...

📚 Al-Kafi, Volume 3, Page 236

Abu Basir said: I asked Imam Sadiq (PBUH), 'Is there anyone who is saved from the punishment of the grave?' The Imam said: 'We seek refuge with Allah from it! Very few people are saved from the punishment of the grave.'

Indeed, when Uthman (upon whom is what is upon him) killed Ruqayyah, the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) stood by her grave, raised his head toward the sky, and tears flowed from his eyes. He said to the people: 'I remembered this daughter and the torment she endured (from Uthman’s abuse and beatings), and my heart ached for her. I prayed to Allah to forgive her from the punishment of the grave.'

The Imam said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) then said: 'O Allah! Forgive Ruqayyah from the punishment of the grave for me.' And Allah forgave her for his sake.

4⃣عن حماد بن عثمان عن أَبِی عَبْداللَّه قال: کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَبَا بَنَاتٍ

📚 Al-Kafi, Volume 6, Page 5

Imam Sadiq (PBUH) said: 'The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) was the father of several daughters (he had many daughters)!'

5⃣ Narrated by Dawood bin Farqad from Abu Abdullah about the verse, 'And Allah presents an example for those who believe: the wife of Pharaoh...' (Surah At-Tahrim, Verse 11). He said: 'This example was set for Ruqayyah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah, who was married to Uthman bin Affan.'

Imam Sadiq (PBUH), regarding the divine statement in Surah At-Tahrim, Verse 11, 'And Allah presents an example for those who believe: the wife of Pharaoh...' said: 'This is an example for Ruqayyah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah, who was married to Uthman.'

✅ Various historical and narrative evidence shows that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) had several daughters, including a daughter named Ruqayyah from Khadijah (PBUH). She was married to the third usurper, Uthman bin Affan (upon whom is what is upon him), and that evil man caused her death through abuse and beatings.
