✅ Answer: Please refer to the following narrations:

📚 Al-Kafi, Volume 4, Page 180

Imam Baqir or Imam Sadiq (PBUH) said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: O group of young people! You must get married, but if you cannot, then fast, for it is like castration (in controlling desire).

📚 Al-Kafi, Volume 5, Page 564

A man came to the Prophet (PBUH) and said: O Messenger of Allah! I do not have the financial ability to marry women, and I complain to you of my celibacy! The Prophet replied: Grow your body hair and fast frequently. The man did this, and as a result, his intense desire faded!

📚 Al-Faqih, Volume 3, Page 472

Imam Baqir (PBUH) said: No man's body hair increases without his desire decreasing!

📚 Al-Kafi, Volume 6, Page 330

Imam Sadiq (PBUH) said: Using vinegar in meals cuts off the desire for adultery!

📚 Al-Faqih, Volume 4, Page 18

Imam Sadiq (PBUH) said: A second (intentional) look after the first glance plants desire in the heart, and that alone is enough to cause temptation!

📚 Amali al-Tusi, Volume 1, Page 27

Amir al-Mu’minin (PBUH) said in his covenant to the people of Egypt: When your souls wrestle with you over desires, remember death frequently, for death is sufficient as a reminder. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to recommend remembering death often and said: Remember death frequently, for it destroys pleasures and serves as a barrier between you and desires!

✅ Refer also to Hadith 5⃣ on this link.

✅ According to the above narrations, young Shia men should marry as soon as possible. Until marriage becomes feasible, they should control their sexual desire by fasting regularly, growing body hair, using natural vinegar in meals, controlling their gaze, remembering death, cupping with special prayers, and other such practices to protect themselves from unlawful acts, Insha'Allah.
