1⃣عَنْ عُبَیْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ الْحَلَبِیِ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ یَغْتَسِلُ بِغَیْرِ إِزَارٍ حَیْثُ لَا یَرَاهُ أَحَدٌ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ.

📚 Al-Faqih, Vol. 1, Page 84

Halabi said: I asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) about a person who performs Ghusl without a loincloth in a place where no one can see him; the Imam said: There is no problem with it!

2⃣عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ السِّنْدِیِّ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ شُعَیْبٍ عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ یَغْتَسِلُ الرَّجُلُ بَارِزاً فَقَالَ إِذَا لَمْ یَرَهُ أَحَدٌ فَلَا بَأْسَ.

Abu Basir said: I asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him): Can a person perform Ghusl in an open and exposed place? The Imam said: If no one sees him, there is no problem!

3⃣عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَ أَنَسِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ جَمِیعاً عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ آبَائِهِ فِی وَصِیَّةِ النَّبِیِّ لِعَلِیٍّ قَالَ: وَ کَرِهَ اللَّهُ لِأُمَّتِیَ الْغُسْلَ تَحْتَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَّا بِمِئْزَرٍ...

📚 Al-Faqih, Vol. 4, Page 357

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) narrated from his ancestors that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) said in his will to Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him): Allah dislikes for my Ummah (community) to perform Ghusl under the open sky unless they are wearing a loincloth!

✅ Based on the above narrations and others, performing Ghusl in an open and exposed place without a loincloth is permitted if no one can see the person. However, according to narration 3⃣, performing it without a loincloth under the sky is disliked (Makruh).
