Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Everything is permissible until a prohibition concerning it is revealed!

✅ There is no recommendation in the narrations to wash the pebbles specifically for Rami al-Jamarat, but there is also no prohibition. Therefore, if someone washes them, there is no issue. However, this act cannot be considered a virtue, as it has no recommendation in the narrations.
