1⃣عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي عَبْداللَّه فِي حَدِيثٍ قَالَ: لَا يَلْبَسُ الرَّجُلُ الذَّهَبَ وَ لَا يُصَلِّي فِيهِ لِأَنَّهُ مِنْ لِبَاسِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ.

📚 Al-Tahdhib, Volume 2, Page 372

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: A man should not wear gold or pray in it, as it is the adornment of the people of Paradise!

2⃣عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أُكَيْلٍ النُّمَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّه فِي الْحَدِيدِ إِنَّهُ حِلْيَةُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَ الذَّهَبِ إِنَّهُ حِلْيَةُ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ- وَ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ الذَّهَبَ فِي الدُّنْيَا زِينَةَ النِّسَاءِ فَحَرَّمَ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ لُبْسَهُ وَ الصَّلَاةَ فِيهِ الْحَدِيثَ.

📚 Al-Tahdhib, Volume 2, Page 227

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said about iron: It is the adornment of the people of Hell, and gold is the adornment of the people of Paradise. Allah has made gold the adornment of women in this world, and thus prohibited men from wearing it and praying in it.

3⃣عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا الْبَصْرِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ الْجُعْفِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَاجَعْفَرٍ يَقُولُ لَيْسَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ أَذَانٌ إِلَى أَنْ قَالَ وَ يَجُوزُ أَنْ تَتَخَتَّمَ بِالذَّهَبِ وَ تُصَلِّيَ فِيهِ وَ حُرِّمَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ....

📚 Al-Khisal, Page 588, Hadith 12

Jabir Ju'fi said: I heard Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) say: Women are not obligated to call the adhan... He also said: It is permissible for women to wear gold rings and pray while wearing them, but this is prohibited for men.

4⃣ابْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ رَزِینٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: رَأَیْتُ أَبَاجَعْفَرٍ

یَمْضَغُ عِلْکاً فَقَالَ یَا مُحَمَّدُ نَقَضَتِ الْوَسِمَةُ أَضْرَاسِی فَمَضَغْتُ هَذَا الْعِلْکَ لِأَشُدَّهَا قَالَ و کَانَتِ اسْتَرْخَتْ فَشَدَّهَا بِالذَّهَب

📚 Al-Kafi, Volume 6, Page 482

Muhammad ibn Muslim said: I saw Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) chewing mastic gum. He said: 'O Muhammad, the wasma herb damaged and loosened my teeth, so I chew this gum to strengthen them.' Muhammad ibn Muslim added: 'The Imam’s teeth had loosened, so he strengthened them with gold!'

5⃣عَنِ الْحَلَبِیِّ عن أَبِی عَبْداللَّه قال: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الثَّنِیَّةِ تَنْفَصِمُ [ینقصم] أَ یَصْلُحُ أَنْ تُشَبَّکَ بِالذَّهَبِ و إِنْ سَقَطَتْ یَجْعَلُ مَکَانَهَا ثَنِیَّةَ شَاةٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ إِنْ شَاءَ فَلْیَضَعْ مَکَانَهَا ثَنِیَّةَ شَاةٍ بَعْدَ أَنْ تَکُونَ ذَکِیَّةً

Halabi said: I asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) about a broken front tooth. Is it appropriate to mend it with gold or replace it with the front tooth of a sheep? The Imam said: 'Yes, if desired, the replacement should be from a sheep that has been slaughtered according to Islamic law.'

📚 Makarim al-Akhlaq, Page 95

6⃣عن عَبْداللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْداللَّه قَالَ: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ یَنْفَصِمُ سِنُّهُ أَیَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ یَشُدَّهَا بِالذَّهَبِ و إِنْ سَقَطَتْ أَ یَصْلُحُ أَنْ یَجْعَلَ مَکَانَهَا سِنَّ شَاةٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ إِنْ شَاءَ لَیَشُدُّهَا بَعْدَ أَنْ تَکُونَ ذَکِیَّةً

Abdullah ibn Sinan said: I asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) about a man whose tooth broke. Can he strengthen it with gold or replace it with a sheep's tooth? The Imam said: 'Yes, if desired, provided the sheep was slaughtered according to Islamic law.'

📚 Al-Faqih, Volume 1, Page 317

7⃣قَالَ الصَّادِقُ : كُلُّ شَيْ ءٍ مُطْلَقٌ حَتَّى يَرِدَ فِيهِ نَهْيٌ

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: 'Everything is permissible until a prohibition is established.'

✅ Based on the above narrations and others, adorning oneself with gold is prohibited for men, but strengthening loose teeth with gold is generally permissible for men.

✅ Implanting a gold tooth is not prohibited for men unless it is for adornment, as it is not considered clothing. In cases of adornment, it should be avoided.

✅ Implanting copper or similar materials is generally permissible, as no prohibition has been mentioned.

✅ Using a tooth from a sheep slaughtered according to Islamic law or even from a deceased person is permissible.
