✅ Answer: Allah, the Almighty, mentions those seeking forgiveness in the early morning in the Quran as follows:

The God-fearing shall be amid gardens and springs, receiving what their Lord will have granted them. They were righteous before sleep overtakes them, and in the early dawn, they seek forgiveness.

Abu Baseer says: I asked Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, about those seeking forgiveness in the early morning. He replied: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him and his progeny, used to seek forgiveness seventy times during his Witr prayer!
