✅ Answer: Please pay attention to the following narration:

1⃣قَالَ أَمِیرُ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عَلَی رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ وَ قَدْ شَبَّکَتْهُ الرِّیحُ فَقَالَ یَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ کَیْفَ أُصَلِّی فَقَالَ إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَنْ تُجْلِسُوهُ فَأَجْلِسُوهُ وَ إِلَّا فَوَجِّهُوهُ إِلَی الْقِبْلَةِ وَ مُرُوهُ فَلْیُومِئْ بِرَأْسِهِ إِیمَاءً وَ یَجْعَلُ السُّجُودَ أَخْفَضَ مِنَ الرُّکُوعِ وَ إِنْ کَانَ لَا یَسْتَطِیعُ أَنْ یَقْرَأَ فَاقْرَءُوا عِنْدَهُ وَ أَسْمِعُوهُ.

📚 Al-Faqih, vol. 1, p. 362

Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) entered upon a man from the Ansar whose entire body was affected by a foul odor. The man asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, how should I perform the prayer?' He replied, 'If you can sit him down, then do so. Otherwise, turn his face toward the Qibla and command him to indicate with his head for the prostration and bowing. Place the prostration lower than the bowing. If he cannot recite, recite for him and make it audible to his ears!'

✅ According to the above narration, if a sick person, due to the severity of the illness, is unable to recite Al-Fatiha, Surah, and supplications during the prayer, someone else should sit beside them and recite Al-Fatiha, Surah, and supplications. The sick person, by indicating with their head, performs bowing and prostration.
