✅ Answer: Pay attention to the following narrations:

1⃣عَنْ صَفْوَانَ الْجَمَّالِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: مَنْ عَادَ مَرِیضاً مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِینَ وَکَّلَ اللَّهُ بِهِ أَبَداً سَبْعِینَ أَلْفاً مِنَ الْمَلَائِکَةِ یَغْشَوْنَ رَحْلَهُ وَ یُسَبِّحُونَ فِیهِ وَ یُقَدِّسُونَ وَ یُهَلِّلُونَ وَ یُکَبِّرُونَ إِلَی یَوْمِ الْقِیَامَةِ نِصْفُ صَلَاتِهِمْ لِعَائِدِ الْمَرِیضِ

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 120

Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: Whoever visits a sick person among the Muslims, Allah assigns seventy thousand angels to him. They come and go to his house, engaging in glorification, sanctification, and praise until the Day of Judgment. Half of their prayers are for the visiting person.

2⃣عَنْ فُضَیْلِ بْنِ یَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّه قَالَ: مَنْ عَادَ مَرِیضاً شَیَّعَهُ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ مَلَکٍ یَسْتَغْفِرُونَ لَهُ حَتَّی یَرْجِعَ إِلَی مَنْزِلِهِ.

Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: Whoever visits a sick person, seventy thousand angels accompany him, and until he returns home, they seek forgiveness for him!

3⃣عَنْ أَبِی حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: أَیُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ عَادَ مُؤْمِناً خَاضَ الرَّحْمَةَ خَوْضاً فَإِذَا جَلَسَ غَمَرَتْهُ الرَّحْمَةُ فَإِذَا انْصَرَفَ وَکَّلَ اللَّهُ بِهِ سَبْعِینَ أَلْفَ مَلَکٍ یَسْتَغْفِرُونَ لَهُ وَ یَسْتَرْحِمُونَ عَلَیْهِ وَ یَقُولُونَ طِبْتَ وَ طَابَتْ لَکَ الْجَنَّةُ إِلَی تِلْکَ السَّاعَةِ مِنْ غَدٍ وَ کَانَ لَهُ یَا بَا حَمْزَةَ خَرِیفٌ فِی الْجَنَّةِ قُلْتُ مَا الْخَرِیفُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاکَ قَالَ زَاوِیَةٌ فِی الْجَنَّةِ یَسِیرُ الرَّاکِبُ فِیهَا أَرْبَعِینَ عَاماً.

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 120

Abu Hamzah narrates: Imam Baqir, peace be upon him, said: Any believer who visits another believer in his illness is entirely covered in mercy. So when he sits, mercy envelops him, and when he returns, until the next day at the same hour, Allah assigns seventy thousand angels to him. They seek forgiveness for him and implore for mercy, saying: You are purified, and Paradise is pleasing and pure for you. O Abu Hamzah! There will be a corner in Paradise for him where he will ride for forty years!

4⃣عَنْ دَاوُدَ الرَّقِّیِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: أَیُما مُؤْمِنٍ عَادَ مُؤْمِناً فِی اللَّهِ عَزَّوَجَلَّ فِی مَرَضِهِ وَکَّلَ اللَّهُ بِهِ مَلَکاً مِنَ الْعُوَّادِ یَعُودُهُ فِی قَبْرِهِ وَ یَسْتَغْفِرُ لَهُ إِلَی یَوْمِ الْقِیَامَةِ.

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 120

Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: Any believer who, for the sake of Allah, visits another believer in his illness, Allah appoints an angel from the angels of those who visit to visit him in his grave. Until the Day of Judgment, he seeks forgiveness for him!

5⃣عَنْ إِبْرَاهِیمَ بْنِ مِهْزَمٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّه قَالَ: مَنْ عَادَ مَرِیضاً وَکَّلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بِهِ مَلَکاً یَعُودُهُ فِی قَبْرِهِ.

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 121

Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: Whoever visits a sick person, Allah, the Almighty, assigns an angel to him to visit him in his grave!

6⃣عَنْ مُعَاوِیَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: أَیُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ عَادَ مُؤْمِناً مَرِیضاً حِینَ یُصْبِحُ شَیَّعَهُ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ مَلَکٍ فَإِذَا قَعَدَ غَمَرَتْهُ الرَّحْمَةُ وَ اسْتَغْفَرُوا لَهُ حَتَّی یُمْسِیَ وَ إِنْ عَادَهُ مَسَاءً کَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ ذَلِکَ حَتَّی یُصْبِحَ.

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 3, p. 121

Imam Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: Any believer who visits a sick person in the morning, seventy thousand angels accompany him. So when he sits, mercy envelops him, and they seek forgiveness for him until he enters the night. If he visits at night, the same will be for him until he enters the morning!

✅ Numerous narrations strongly recommend visiting a sick person, promising immense rewards for such acts.

This applies to all days of the week, and no specific day has been designated for it. There is no religious basis or narration indicating the disapproval of visiting a sick person on Wednesdays. What has become infamous among some people about the disapproval of visiting a sick person on Wednesdays has no religious or narrational foundation.
