1⃣عَنْ مُعَاوِیَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَا عَبْدِاللَّهِ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ طَافَتْ بَیْنَ الصَّفَا وَ الْمَرْوَةِ وَ حَاضَتْ بَیْنَهُمَا قَالَ تُتِمُّ سَعْیَهَا وَ سَأَلَهُ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ طَافَتْ بِالْبَیْتِ ثُمَّ حَاضَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَسْعَی قَالَ تَسْعَی.

Al-Fakihah, Vol. 2, p. 380

Muawiyah ibn Ammar asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) about a woman who becomes menstruating while performing the sa'y between Safa and Marwa. The Imam said: She should complete her sa'y.

And he was asked about a woman who performs the tawaf around the Kaaba and becomes menstruating before performing the sa'y between Safa and Marwa. The Imam said: She should perform the sa'y between Safa and Marwa!

✅ Based on the above narration, if a woman becomes menstruating after the obligatory tawaf, during the sa'y between Safa and Marwa, or before the sa'y between Safa and Marwa, this does not prevent her from completing or performing the sa'y between Safa and Marwa. She should complete and perform the sa'y between Safa and Marwa.
