1⃣عَنْ مُعَاوِیَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْداللَّه قَالَ: إِذَا کَانَ یَوْمُ التَّرْوِیَةِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَاغْتَسِلْ وَ الْبَسْ ثَوْبَیْکَ وَ ادْخُلِ الْمَسْجِدَ حَافِیاً وَ عَلَیْکَ السَّکِینَةَ وَ الْوَقَارَ ثُمَّ صَلِّ رَکْعَتَیْنِ عِنْدَ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِیمَ أَوْ فِی الْحِجْرِ ثُمَّ اقْعُدْ حَتَّی تَزُولَ الشَّمْسُ فَصَلِّ الْمَکْتُوبَةَ ثُمَّ قُلْ فِی دُبُرِ صَلَاتِکَ کَمَا قُلْتَ حِینَ أَحْرَمْتَ مِنَ الشَّجَرَةِ وَ أَحْرِمْ بِالْحَجِّ...

Al-Kafi, Vol. 4, p. 454

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: When the day of Tarwiyah arrives, if Allah wills, perform ablution, wear your Ihram garments, and enter the mosque barefoot... until he said: Then perform two rakats of prayer at the Station of Ibrahim or in the Hijr. Then sit until the sun passes its zenith, then perform the obligatory prayers. And after your prayer, say as you said when you entered Ihram from the tree, and then enter Ihram for Hajj!

2⃣عَنْ أَبِی أَحْمَدَ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَیْثٍ الصَّیْرَفِیِّ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِی عَبْداللَّه مِنْ أَیْنَ أُهِلُّ بِالْحَجِّ فَقَالَ إِنْ شِئْتَ مِنْ رَحْلِکَ وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ مِنَ الْکَعْبَةِ وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ مِنَ الطَّرِیقِ.

Amr ibn Harith said: I asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him): From where should I raise my voice in talbiyah for Hajj? He said: If you wish, from your residence (in Mecca), and if you wish, from beside the Kaaba, and if you wish, on the way!

3⃣ عَنْ یُونُسَ بْنِ یَعْقُوبَ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّه مِنْ أَیِّ الْمَسْجِدِ أُحْرِمُ یَوْمَ التَّرْوِیَةِ فَقَالَ مِنْ أَیِّ الْمَسْجِدِ شِئْتَ.

Yunus said: I asked Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him): From which part of the Masjid al-Haram should I enter Ihram on the day of Tarwiyah? He said: From anywhere in the mosque that you wish!

4⃣عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْداَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: إِذَا أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تُحْرِمَ يَوْمَ اَلتَّرْوِيَةِ فَاصْنَعْ كَمَا صَنَعْتَ حِينَ أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تُحْرِمَ وَ خُذْ مِنْ شَارِبِكَ وَ مِنْ أَظْفَارِكَ وَ عَانَتِكَ إِنْ كَانَ لَكَ شَعْرٌ وَ اِنْتِفْ إِبْطَكَ وَ اِغْتَسِلْ وَ اِلْبَسْ ثَوْبَيْكَ ثُمَّ اِئْتِ اَلْمَسْجِدَ اَلْحَرَامَ فَصَلِّ فِيهِ سِتَّ رَكَعَاتٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُحْرِمَ وَ تَدْعُو اَللَّهَ وَ تَسْأَلُهُ اَلْعَوْنَ وَ تَقُولُ اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ اَلْحَجَّ فَيَسِّرْهُ لِي وَ حُلَّنِي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي لِقَدَرِكَ اَلَّذِي قَدَّرْتَ عَلَيَّ وَ تَقُولُ أَحْرَمَ لَكَ شَعْرِي وَ بَشَرِي وَ لَحْمِي وَ دَمِي مِنَ اَلنِّسَاءِ وَ اَلثِّيَابِ وَ اَلطِّيبِ أُرِيدُ بِذَلِكَ وَجْهَكَ وَ اَلدَّارَ اَلْآخِرَةَ وَ حُلَّنِي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي لِقَدَرِكَ اَلَّذِي قَدَّرْتَ عَلَيَّ ثُمَّ تُلَبِّي مِنَ اَلْمَسْجِدِ اَلْحَرَامِ كَمَا لَبَّيْتَ حِينَ أَحْرَمْتَ وَ تَقُولُ لَبَّيْكَ بِحَجَّةٍ تَمَامُهَا وَ بَلاَغُهَا عَلَيْكَ فَإِنْ قَدَرْتَ أَنْ يَكُونَ رَوَاحُكَ إِلَى مِنًى حِينَ زَوَالِ اَلشَّمْسِ وَ إِلاَّ فَمَتَى تَيَسَّرَ لَكَ مِنْ يَوْمِ اَلتَّرْوِيَةِ

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: When you want to enter Ihram on the day of Tarwiyah, do as you did when you entered Ihram (for Umrah). Cut your nails and the hair of your pubic area if you have any, shave your armpits, and perform ablution. Wear your two Ihram garments and come to the Masjid al-Haram and before entering Ihram, pray six rakats and call upon Allah and ask for His help, and then say:... And then say:... And then, as you did when you entered Ihram, say the talbiyah from the Masjid al-Haram and say:... And if you are able, let your departure towards Mina be at the time of the sun's zenith, and otherwise, whenever it is convenient for you on the day of Tarwiyah!

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ اَلْحَجَّ فَيَسِّرْهُ لِي وَ حُلَّنِي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي لِقَدَرِكَ اَلَّذِي قَدَّرْتَ عَلَيَّ

✅ Based on the above narrations and others, the Ihram for Hajj on the day of Tarwiyah, which is the eighth day of Dhul Hijjah, is performed. Although it is recommended to perform it in the Masjid al-Haram, one can enter Ihram from anywhere within the boundaries of Mecca, and after entering Ihram, move towards Mina for the night of Arafah until sunrise on the day of Arafah.

أَحْرَمَ لَكَ شَعْرِي وَ بَشَرِي وَ لَحْمِي وَ دَمِي مِنَ اَلنِّسَاءِ وَ اَلثِّيَابِ وَ اَلطِّيبِ أُرِيدُ بِذَلِكَ وَجْهَكَ وَ اَلدَّارَ اَلْآخِرَةَ وَ حُلَّنِي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي لِقَدَرِكَ اَلَّذِي قَدَّرْتَ عَلَيَّ
