1⃣عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ حمَادٍّ الْقَلَانِسِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِیُّ بْنُ الْحُسَیْنِ تَسْبِیحَةٌ بِمَکَّةَ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ خَرَاجِ الْعِرَاقَیْنِ یُنْفَقُ فِی سَبِیلِ اللَّهِ.

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) said: A single tasbeeh in Mecca from the taxes of Kufa and Basra, when spent in the way of Allah, is better!

2⃣عَنْ أَبِی حَمْزَةَ الثُّمَالِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: مَنْ خَتَمَ الْقُرْآنَ بِمَکَّةَ مِنْ جُمُعَةٍ إِلَی جُمُعَةٍ أَوْ أَقَلَّ مِنْ ذَلِکَ أَوْ أَکْثَرَ وَ خَتَمَ فِی یَوْمِ جُمُعَةٍ کُتِبَ لَهُ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ وَ الْحَسَنَاتِ مِنْ أَوَّلِ جُمُعَةٍ کَانَتْ فِی الدُّنْیَا إِلَی آخِرِ جُمُعَةٍ تَکُونُ فِیهَا وَ إِنْ خَتَمَه فِی سَائِرِ الْأَیَّامِ فَکَذَلِکَ.

📚 Al-Kafi, Vol. 2, p. 612

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: Whoever finishes the Quran in Mecca from one Friday to the next, or a shorter or longer period, and their completion is on a Friday, they will be rewarded with the reward of all the Fridays from the first Friday they were in this world until the last Friday they experience, and the same applies if they finish it on any other day!

3⃣ عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: السَّاجِدُ بِمَکَّةَ کَالْمُتَشَحِّطِ بِدَمِهِ فِی سَبِیلِ اللَّهِ.

📚 Al-Mahasen, p. 68, Hadith 132

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: The one who prostrates in Mecca is like the one who has been martyred in the path of Allah!

4⃣عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: مَنْ خَتَمَ الْقُرْآنَ بِمَکَّةَ لَمْ یَمُتْ حَتَّی یَرَی رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَ یَرَی مَنْزِلَهُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ.

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said: Whoever completes the Quran in Mecca will not die until they see the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and their place in Paradise!

5⃣قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ في حديث.. النَّائِمُ بِمَکَّةَ کَالْمُجْتَهِدِ فِی الْبُلْدَانِ وَ السَّاجِدُ بِمَکَّةَ کَالْمُتَشَحِّطِ بِدَمِهِ فِی سَبِیلِ اللَّهِ

📚 Al-Faqih, Vol. 2, p. 227

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said in a narration: A person who sleeps in Mecca is like someone who strives in worship and deeds in other cities, and the one who prostrates in Mecca is like one who has been martyred in the path of Allah!

6⃣قَالَ عَلِیُّ بْنُ الْحُسَیْنِ علیه السلام مَنْ خَتَمَ الْقُرْآنَ بِمَکَّةَ لَمْ یَمُتْ حَتَّی یَرَی رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلی الله علیه و آله و سلّم وَ یَرَی مَنْزِلَهُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَ تَسْبِیحَةٌ بِمَکَّةَ تَعْدِلُ خَرَاجَ الْعِرَاقَیْنِ یُنْفَقُ فِی سَبِیلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ وَ مَنْ صَلَّی بِمَکَّةَ سَبْعِینَ رَکْعَةً فَقَرَأَ فِی کُلِّ رَکْعَةٍ بِ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ وَ إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ وَ آیَةِ السُّخْرَةِ وَ آیَةِ الْکُرْسِیِّ لَمْ یَمُتْ إِلَّا شَهِیداً وَ الطَّاعِمُ بِمَکَّةَ کَالصَّائِمِ فِیمَا سِوَاهَا وَ صِیَامُ یَوْمٍ بِمَکَّةَ یَعْدِلُ صِیَامَ سَنَةٍ فِیمَا سِوَاهَا وَ الْمَاشِی بِمَکَّةَ فِی عِبَادَةِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ

📚 Al-Faqih, Vol. 2, p. 146

Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) said: Whoever completes the Quran in Mecca will not die until they see the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and their place in Paradise. A single tasbeeh in Mecca from the taxes of Kufa and Basra, when spent in the way of Allah, is better. Whoever prays seventy rak'ahs in Mecca and recites Surah Al-Ikhlas (Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad), Surah Inna Anzalnahu, the verse of Sukhra (verse 54 of Surah Al-Araf), and Ayat al-Kursi in every rak'ah (after Al-Fatiha), will not die except as a martyr. The one who eats food in Mecca is like one who fasts in other places, and fasting one day in Mecca is equivalent to fasting one year elsewhere. Walking in Mecca is like worshiping Allah, the Almighty!
