Allah will make his voice reach all the angels from the earth to the Throne, and every time this person curses our enemies once, the angels also help him and curse the one he has cursed.'

7 In a narration, Fatimah Zahra (peace be upon her) said to Abu Bakr: 'By Allah, I will curse you in every prayer!'

✅ According to the above narrations and others, cursing and damning the enemies of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and the tyrants by mentioning their names during prayer is permissible and has merit, whether these enemies are alive or have reached hell.

Therefore, in places like the qunut and prostration of the prayer, one can curse the dead and living enemies of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) by mentioning their names.
