✅ Based on the above narrations and others, a man can perform Hajj on behalf of a man and a woman, whether the deputy man has already performed Hajj or if it is his first Hajj.
✅ However, a woman can perform Hajj on behalf of another man or woman only if she is not a 'sarurah' (a woman who has not performed Hajj before) and has already performed Hajj, and secondly, she is familiar with the jurisprudence and rulings of Hajj. In this case, she can perform Hajj on behalf of both a man and a woman.
Therefore, a 'sarurah' woman, meaning a woman who has not yet performed Hajj, cannot be a deputy for another man or woman to perform Hajj.
