Question 10: Should Salawat only be recited when hearing or mentioning the name 'Muhammad,' or also for the titles and other names of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family)?

📚 Man La Yahduruhu al-Faqih, Vol. 1, Page 284

Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) said in a narration: 'Whenever you mention or hear someone mention the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), whether during Adhan or otherwise, send blessings (Salawat) upon him.'

Based on this narration and many others, there is no distinction between the titles and names of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family). Whenever any of his titles or names are mentioned, Salawat should be recited. God willing.
