✅ Answer: Please consider the following narrations:

1⃣عَنْ مُصَدِّقِ بْنِ صَدَقَةَ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فِی حَدِیثٍ قَالَ: کُلُّ شَیْءٍ نَظِیفٌ حَتَّی تَعْلَمَ أَنَّهُ قَذِرٌ فَإِذَا عَلِمْتَ فَقَدْ قَذِرَ وَ مَا لَمْ تَعْلَمْ فَلَیْسَ عَلَیْکَ.

📚 Al-Tahdhib, Vol. 1, p. 284

Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said in a narration: Everything is pure and clean until you know it is impure. So, when you know it is impure, then it is definitely impure, and what you do not know about is not your responsibility!

2⃣عَلِیِّ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَخِیهِ مُوسَی بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الدَّقِیقِ یَقَعُ فِیهِ خُرْءُ الْفَأْرِ هَلْ یَصْلُحُ أَکْلُهُ إِذَا عُجِنَ مَعَ الدَّقِیقِ قَالَ إِذَا لَمْ تَعْرِفْهُ فَلَا بَأْسَ وَ إِنْ عَرَفْتَهُ فَلْتَطْرَحْهُ.

📚 Qurb al-Isnad, p. 117

Ali ibn Ja'far said: I asked Imam Musa al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) about flour in which mouse feces falls. If it is mixed with the flour, is it permissible to eat? The Imam replied: If you do not recognize it and are not certain about it, there is no problem. However, if you recognize it and are certain, you should discard it!

✅ Based on the above narrations and others, mouse feces is considered impure, and if it falls into food, the food becomes impure and cannot be eaten. This applies when you are certain that the object is indeed mouse feces and it has fallen into the food. However, if there is doubt whether it is mouse feces or the feces of other bloodless creatures, or just a black seed found in legumes, or if there is doubt whether it even fell into the food, eating the food is not problematic until you gain certainty that it is indeed mouse feces or other impurities and that it has fallen into the food.
